Thank you so much Jim for all your help. You guys did an amazing job with my car. I appreciate you going above and beyond for me. Casey's team found some issues with my car that the Audi dealership didn't even locate. I found that kinda interesting, so don't think just because the dealership says one thing don't always believe what you hear first. I am glad I had to come here becuase they really got to the bottom of my cars problems quickly and effectivly. Jim also followed up with my warranty company for me and got some things striaghtened out with them. My car is driving better than ever now. I would recommend this facility to anyone with an Audi or any car for that matter. I know where my new Audi mechanic is !!!! Thanks Guys !!!!

I have been using Casey's Independent Auto Repair for about 15 years. My last car was a Chevy Suburban which I drove for 14 years and it lasted 300,000 miles due to Casey's. The work was always done perfectly. I could have continued to drive that car but I wanted a change. The cost of work at Casey's was more than doing the work myself, or hiring one of my buddies, but if you want a car that you can count on each day - use a professional. Incidentally, I have traveled all over the states repairing machines and I know what I am doing. However, no one has access to parts, repair information, and data like the shops. Casey's team is knowledgeable and does work properly. They do not cut corners and do the work professionally. Casey's always uses OEM/AC Delco parts. Recently I challenged my service rep at Casey's (Lance Smith) and he was informed and delivered what I needed on my car. Not only that but the work is warranted. The folks at the front desk at Casey's have never been uninformed; they know what they are talking about and are the right-hand of the very skilled mechanics. I truly an impressed and proud to have found a place to have my car serviced where you are not feeling like you got ripped off. You actually feel like you have done well when they fix your car. Thanks Casey - you've done well. Keep auditing your team as they are proud and should be.

I had a walk in request in the early afternoon and they were able to fulfill it only 15 minutes longer than their estimated time. A simple serpentine belt replacement turned into learning that Honda redid the whole serpentine area. Ok I don't know the lingo, but couldn't just replace the belt... Honda decided they would redo the whole inner workings at some point and we had to add more things so the new sized belt could fit. Casey's was very understanding and honest when the bill tripled due to Honda's inconvenient decision to change it all up. My service rep was very friendly and understood my time limitations on getting my car done before our evening plans. Kudos to them for their perseverance in getting this done and remained positive and honest. Thank you very much!

A little overpriced, $126.00 to change a simple battery cable but the car works at its best. I will recommend this place if you want your car fixed. Also, don't expect to have your car the same day, this is a high volume, low speed place. The fastest my car could be fixed was for the next day. which is fast enough.

I don't know much about cars, my check engine light has been coming on and my car has been running like crap. I called several shops hoping to get some advice on what to do most of them just gave me their diagnostic charge as to how much it would be to solve the problem. I called Casey's and I talked to Jim and he was more interested in helping me with my problem than he was trying to make money off me right off the bat.What I appreciated the most was that he recognized that I was working with a tight budget and that he would be willing to work with me on diagnostic charges and taking care of the running problem of my vehicle. That said a lot about him and his company. I feel like I finally found a shop that I can trust.

Jim made sure that my daughter's car was checked out quickly. We were told from another company that the wheel bearings were failing. We chose to drive to this shop from Oregon because we trust Jim B. to make sure that our daughter is safe and that we are getting a good deal on the repair. Even though it was busy he got our car in and out the same day! Thanks Jim!

The check engine light came on while driving my car. Being a female who knows basically nothing about car engines, I was in a panic. I did a lot of research and based on reviews, called Casey's. They got me in immediately and provided a shuttle ride to my work. My car required extensive repairs, and I just couldn't afford to have all of the work completed at one time. The Service Advisor, Jim Burley was absolutely awesome to work with. He broke each of the service repair items down into different price quotes and then prioritized them based on importance and urgency. Casey's works with a credit company that offers 12-month interest free financing. My repairs were more money than I could qualify for through the credit company, so Jim re-worked the bill so that it fell within my credit limit. I was able to go ahead and have the repairs completed. Jim Burley went above and beyond anything I expected. That level of dedication and commitment to customer service has made me a lifetime customer. I will take all of my auto repairs to Casey's and recommend them highly. Their shop is meticulously clean, the mechanics are highly qualified, they use quality parts and guarantee their work. I was provided shuttle service and promised a rental car at no cost to me if the service took longer than one day. Now that's service! They get a five-star rating from me!

There is no other place that you can go and treated the way that Casey's does! I've been to Chevrolet, BMW, Dodge, Ford, Honda, Land Rover, Lexus, and a few others, NONE of there service departments come even close to the level of service that you get from Casey's. Casey has assembled a top team from long time employees like Quentin and Tori, through some of the newer team members. If you have any problem that the "Other Guy's" cant seem to figure out, they will and they will affordably, and quickly repair the issue and get you underway. Don't waste your time by going anywhere else, just start there and you will know why you went.
