I love this idea: wear a ring that prevents you from having to memorize a bunch of passwords for everything.

But what happens when you forget it, ring gets stolen, etc.?  Still need some kind of "password" to confirm you are the owner of the ring.
 
They outline some alternative login possibilities -- currently you can print out paper codes to use, for example. If you lose it you log in to your account and de-authorize the token. It's never your only way to access a site.
