Founder, 2013 - present
I am the founder of South Tampa Paintball, a field that strives to provide a safe, competitive avenue of entertainment and recreation for the Tampa Bay area. Safety and community involvement are my top priorities. I endeavor to inspire active participation among the local community to create a team-oriented culture by providing team sponsorship and volunteer opportunities. We are scheduled for a Grand Opening sometime in the summer of 2014.

I perform the daily administrative operations of the law firm. This includes supervising the legal support teams, coordinating staff resources, overseeing employee benefits, tending to HR matters, and managing the office budget and accounts.

I was responsible for analyzing the current state of internal business affairs - creating visual procedure models, identifying problems, inefficiencies, and redundancies - and facilitating the implementation of new processes. I managed our website development and CRM integration. My main focus was on optimizing and automating our business systems to create a strong and scalable foundation for Eagle.

I assumed responsibility for the organization and coordination of office operations. This included performing customer service, designing technical graphics, maintaining web sites, implementing marketing strategies, and managing the accounts.

I performed a vast and varied range of administrative support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the office. This included reconciling accounts, providing web maintenance, conducting research, creating navigational files, and managing customer services.
