I am very appreciative of you taking the time to review your most recent stay with us. Though I am delighted to hear about your kind regard for our staff and location, I was disappointed to find out that your stay was less than enjoyable.
Regarding your room, when booking with our reservations team directly they do confirm and guarantee the room type that was reserved, however, when booking through a third party this is not always the case. I apologize that this may have led to disappointment upon arrival, as we were all booked and had less flexibility. As you noted, our lobby, spa, restaurant, and meeting rooms have all been updated recently and we will begin guest room renovations this October. In the scope of the renovation plans we will be installing all new insulation and double pane windows to reduce noise transmissions. We will also install all new furniture including flat screen televisions.
I can assure you that I have passed on your feedback to our front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance managers for review.
