We recently purchased our 6th (and last!) 2016 RX350 from a local dealer. We traded our leased 2015 RX350 5 months early for a 2016. We have a 2 year prepaid lease on it.
So ... given that your review of this model and extensive knowledge of same I was wondering g if you know of any issues with the "lane assist" feature? We've had in for service twice in our first 21/2 weeks of ownership - (417 miles). I experienced such a significant pull towards another vehicle to my right while on a major interstate here in Florida while the lane assist was engaged.
My wife and I told Lexus to keep it despite assurances from a Lexus engineer that the issue with acting like a magnet when another car passes in the next lane.
Could you suggest (perhaps yourself?) an accredited person in the automotive field we could contact to make arrangements to have this issue independently analyzed? Naturally, we would expect to pay for shipping and professional all services rendered. The vehicle is currently at Lexus Of Palm Beach in Florida.
Thank you for your time. I look forward to speaking with you in the near future.
I was going to contact NSTB however, my attorney didn't think it the most expeditious or prudent choice which is the reason for contacting you.
