We often think of weight loss as a physical challenge, when in reality, while there are some difficult physical aspects to the process, the mental challenges are the most difficult to overcome.

Your brain is constantly trying to keep you in the status quo. It wants you to continue eating the same food, and it will send out overwhelming cravings until you get it. Too tired to work out this morning? Your mind will rationalize its thoughts and tell you to do it tomorrow instead. Partying with friends tonight? You can start eating better on Monday.

Keep your priority on rewiring your brain for success. The brain controls the body. Win the small battles against your mind and your body will transform before your very eyes.
