I bought a bed and white glove delivery nearly $3K on July 15th, about a month later it was delivered. However all of the parts didn't come with the bed, Then about a week or so later they said they would order the parts. Weeks later some parts arrived, but none of the parts went to my bed. I tried and tried to contact them and finally they ordered the right parts...but more parts arrived and those were the wrong ones. I have been told they have ordered new (and this time the correct parts) But not parts yet, And now it has been 3 months with this bed in pieces on my floor. They are never in a hurry, never offered to overnight the parts to me and generally don't seem to care. I would rate them a zero if that option existed.They have lost a customer for sure.

I don't remember how I first contacted Carolina Rustica, but I ended up buying about $ 16,000 worth of furniture, rugs, lamps and home decorations. Jeff became my salesperson and he was very helpful and patient as my husband and I kept ordering. I even asked Jeff to check out some floor model furniture to see if it was in good condition. He told us it was in almost perfect condition so we bought it. It was a great buy and in great condition, too. I also had him check out a rug there. I asked him to let me know how it looks, color, style, etc. We bought it and it is beautiful. I have never bought so much without actually seeing and feeling it, but somehow, it worked. I think I can only regret buying one lamp that seemed a bit to small, but all the other things look great! Since I knew the manufacturers (ie Lexington furniture etc.) I felt confident ordering on line.

How this place has so many awesome reviews is fishy and shocking. I'd imagine they're internal reviews by employees. This company has been NOTHING but a hassle. They wanted our money, and then we were simply left at the wayside. Our original order was over 5k. It included and entire bedroom suite. Everything but our bed was delivered in a "timely" fashion, I guess. Insert: bed delivery. It was "back ordered" and would be in 2 weeks after the rest. Okay, no problem. Two weeks, three weeks, four weeks NOTHING. I get an email that states it's once again back ordered and will be here the end of March. Our original order was placed in January. The end of March comes by and NOTHING AGAIN. After calls to communicate during this whole process they were nonchalant and careless about where our bed was or why we weren't getting anywhere on finding anything out. They claimed that the company "stopped making" California King beds. That they were "custom making" the slats for the middle of the bed, and that the king headboard and footboard are the same measurements so that's not a problem. Another three weeks have gone by, and several phone calls (where they clearly sound like they could give a care where our bed is or that it's now been 3 months) and they've offered ZERO to rectify this situation. Well, low and behold I get a call from the delivery company on Monday and they say they're ready to deliver our bed on Saturday (HALLELUIAH!) and they'll be here between 8-11am. Cleared schedule, all set. Well, all be darned if I don't get a call from Carolina Rustica 5 minutes ago on FRIDAY! DAY BEFORE DELIVERY! and our bed really isn't ready! NO delivery tomorrow! They just aren't sure what's going on with it and they'll look into it. IS THIS A JOKE? I've requested a refund, it gets ignored. I've said something needs to be done, it gets ignored. I am so fed up with this lousy company. They are CRAP. Their communication is HORRID and I'd just as soon gone to a run of the mill furniture store for cheap crap that at least shows up when told.

We have shopped twice at the store. I was impressed by the broad variety of high quality items they carried. My wife is a bargain hunter. She was drawn to the clearance items where we found a couple great buys. Recently we went online for their seasonal clearance. We purchased several items for ourselves and a family member in another state at bargain prices. We received free shipping, and they arrived in pefect condition.

The customer service at Carolina Rustica is exceptional. We had the privilege to work with Brandi who helped us with our many questions. We live 8 hours away from the store and she was kind enough to send us pictures so we could see the table. She was tremendous and I would recommend Carolina Rustica based on this experience!

I had the most amazing shopping experiences with this Store. From start to finish it was A++ service and attention, mostly due to my fantastic Saleswoman, Amy. She is so attuned to the Customer's needs and full of advice and suggestions. Buying new furniture, especially online, can be stressful and a bit overwhelming. Amy takes all of that away & makes you feel comfortable and reassured. I most definitely spent way more than I planned to because she knows how to upsell and never loses her patience, no matter how many questions you throw at her! My Lexington and Hooker Furniture are just gorgeous and no one who sees them can believe the prices I paid...I will never shop in retail stores for fine furniture again...it's straight to Amy at Carolina Rustica.. THANK YOU AMY....I miss speaking with you!! Once everything is done I will send you some pics so you can see how beautiful everything looks! And BTW, their delivery service they use, Star Delivery, is top-notch...such "Southern gentlemen", prompt, polite and efficient!

This is the only place I will shop for furniture. They assisted me in furnishing my entire house. I encountered so many people there that gave me wonderful assistance from the owner, Richard, Sara who assisted with my choices and orders, Walter and Jessica. Everyone was fantastic. They provided the furniture I wanted, with fantastic prices. When I called or emailed with a question there was an immediate response, unheard of in this time. Carolina Rustica is even better in my opinion because of their delivery service. Star delivery has been wonderful to work with. Thank you all for helping me.

I have had such a positive experience shopping at Carolina Rustica, both online and at the show room. The staff is very helpful, the selection wonderful, and the prices fair. There are so many unique items, it makes shopping fun and interesting. I also appreciate the use of recycled materials for the packaging.
