Author of three YA novels.
Introduction
Carmen Peone is a YA historical fiction author, wife, mother and grandmother.  She loves God, photography, horses, dog, and the view from her home. 

Carmen's books include: Change of Heart, Heart of Courage, and Heart of Passion. After living on the Colville Confederated Indian Reservation since 1988, she has placed her heart and soul intro the youth of the Native People. Carmen worked with an elder, Marguerite Ensminger, for several years studying the language and cultural aspects. Her husband and sons are enrolled tribal members and she wrote her Heart Trilogy in their honor. 

Certified with NASP, National Archery in the Schools Program and 4-H, she teaches archery to local students at the school with one of her sons.
