Lately I haven't been inspired. Wait, I take that back. I, get inspired. Everyday. But it's like those little arousals that spike only a few hertz in my badly cluttered attention-span. Until today. The megahertz bomb dropped.

You know, there are some things that can't be explained—only felt. And this one was a thumper. It made me stand up to recognize what ability looks like in pure form. What intuition looks like. What the groove looks and feels like.

I've met my share of talents, and this one by far, is on my bucket list.

One of my favorite poets to grace the TED stage

CLINT SMITH.

Timing is everything
As kids, we all get advice from parents and teachers that seems strange, even confusing. This was crystallized one night for a young Clint Smith, who was playing with water guns in a dark parking lot with his white friends. In a heartfelt piece, the poet paints the scene of his father's furious and fearful response.

HR. 3892 is the only way. And Mitch McConnell is the one in the way. And now I have nothing more to say.

Pondering Einstein's quote about imagination vs. knowledge. For example, when I get buzzed off double IPAs, my cognitive capability goes down, but my creative capacity goes up. But not all the way up. Its more like in the middle. But why is that? Maybe there should be a third dimension here: "Stress / Fear"? Its probably more a biological / chemical explanation that is far beyond my knowledge. I just tend to speculate—using my "imagination".

The director John Carney, releases his movie "Begin Again" here in the states with rave reviews, with the posters too oddly similar to each other. (sigh)

Performance artist Rives creates an eclectic collection of anecdotes and cultural phenomenon that indicates something strange happens at '4-in-the-mornin'. Why do we, as a collective whole, have a mysterious connection at 'the witching hour'? I assume its a deep mathematical origin, like the origin of the Golden Ratio — its a time that's harmonious with the human condition. Also check his TED talk for more evidence: http://www.ted.com/talks/rives_a_museum_of_4_o_clock_in_the_morning

This is just Part 4 of my life mission to educate people about the rules of cycling and car driving. We need protected lanes, in every part of the road, including intersections.
