Not so nice if you are not staying in the Main bldg. with the higher priced Villa's. My family members who live locally are not allowed into the pool area. That is going to throw off our whole vacation! We planned on them visiting us here and spending a good amount of time just hanging out at the pool. I have never seen this hotel policy before! We are very disappointed and we have been here 30 minutes. If we weren't so tired from driving, we would check out already.

Our new hotel video shows the results of our 2014 renovation which completely changed the look of our main lobby/reception building. We added two new lounges and hope our guests are as excited as we are!

Rooms were nice and recently renovated. Suites were really large and could easily sleep 6-8. Price was fantastic for such a nice place! $109 conference rate! Pool was great and convention center was convenient. Have to cross a super busy street to get reasonably priced good though.

The hotel has a wonderful layout. The pool is really nice and has a waterside and private adult spa. Our room faces the pool area, that is lush tropically landscaped. The lobby has a nice entrance and the staff helpful. Recommended for stays with families.

Was here for a convention. The Suites are a good deal. The convention facilities were pretty good. On-site restaurants are pretty weak and expensive.

Everyone I've interacted with at this hotel has been happy to help and kind. Service has been fast. The bed is comfortable enough. The pillows have a lot of loft, which is great for tall people like me. The room service was pretty tasty, which is good because this place is located in a restaurant dessert. The hotel restaurants are really expensive. The Internet speeds and reliability are pretty mediocre. The pool is nice and well kept.

Nice on the outside. I stayed in one of their villas. Clean, but does need some updates for the price. Kitchen had lots of ants. Maintenance employees are very kind, courteous and respectful. Hotel staff as in manager and billing dept., I believe Sandra was her name was very rude. My credit card was charged without my authorization even though the check-in employee assured me my card would not be used. Don't trust these workers. They know their hotel is mainly for tourists so when u call to get a problem fixed, they treat u wih no respect and know ur not going to go down in person to get through to them since ur an out-of-towner. Do not recommend. Treat your guests with more respect especially for a hotel with high nightly rates. Plenty of other great choices around this hotel.

A wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff -- from the people at the reception, cleaning ladies and gents, and pool attendants, to the waiters and waitresses in the various restaurants -- made our stay an unforgettable one. There is so much to see and do in the hotel alone, on top of all the places to visit in Orlando (Disney World, Gatorland, Universal Studios, ...). The King's Suites are luxurious and spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the central pool or surrounding landscapes and skylines. The convention hall is large, with a classy atmosphere. The restaurants provide a variety of styles and courses, from the quick snacks in Cafe 24, the coffee bar Java, and the alcoholic beverages of The Falls, to the casual dining in Tropicale (with their amazing breakfast buffet) and the classy (though expensive) cuisine of The Venetian Chop. All in all this was an unforgettable holiday for a young married couple from Europe.

Shortage of checkin staff meant 30 minutes in line. Front desk efficiently checked me in within 3 minutes. I prepaid on line which probably sped up the process. Pizza at Cafe24 was frozen, toppings came from a can, and some of the cheese was still cold when served. The chicken pannini was flavorful. Bed was comfortable but only high loft pillows. Pool was closed because of light rain; no thunder or lightning. Next day when the pool was open it was difficult to locate pool towels. The only visible sign was on the end of the kiosk that contained the towels. The kiosk was not poolside but in the far zone of pool seating. So you had to wander to find it. No staff to provide assistance. Multiple high occupancy towers sharing the one pool. Front desk declined request for noon checkout versus standard 11 a.m. checkout. Overall this property is a second tier resort and not competitive with premier properties in amenities and customer service.
