Finance Manager 
Game Lodge Hospitality Group - Head Office - Bryanston
Applicants must have at least 5 years’ experience in a related field with a solid track record working as Financial Manager or Financial Accountant within the Hospitality Industry. As the Financial Manager, your previous experience includes, but is not limited to heading up finance, as a self-driven individual with very little financial supervision. You should be commercially astute with strong leadership qualities.
Matric is a minimum requirement, but a further qualification is a bonus.

FGASA 2 0r 3 with further 3 - 4 years 4 - 5* Game Lodge guiding experience required, with 3 years Head Guide managing experience required.
REQUIREMENTS

You will be required to work under extreme conditions and long hours when required.FGASA Level 2 or 3. DEATS Registered. Advanced Rifle Handling.
Valid Driver’s Licence with PDP. Solid references. Matric will a requirement for this position. First Aid Certified. 3 x years’ experience in managing position as a HEAD Field Guide to manage the Safari Department (Essential)
3 x years’ experience in a BIG 5 Game Reserve. A Criminal Clearance will be required.Must have a valid South African ID. Excellent communication skills.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
DUTIES AND REPSONCIBILITES
Assisting the Safari Manager with daily scheduling of Field Guides.
Acting as relief for the Safari manager when off-days or on leave
Budget Control. Fleet Management. Drive Scheduling. Equipment checks, controls and maintenance.

Hands-on experience and the ability to motivate and lead the team with a strong emphasis

Hospitality Management experience with further 2 - 3 years previous GM experience in restaurants required.

by partaking and supervising daily stock takes with the bartenders

Drive turnover / come up with revenue driving initiatives Minimum requirements:
