The hotly anticipated Grand has been seen without its camouflage. It has a subtle design but definitely still looks the part. Surprisingly, the iconic Jeep grille has taken a backseat in the showpiece model. But if you sit back and look at the Trackhawk, the small black grille actually fits. The rest of the design is inspired from the Cherokee SRT models but the 2018 Trackhawk adds its own personality too.
What has our attention is the supercharged V-8. The Hellcat-powered Grand should be the most powerful SUV ever. The power for the new Grand Cherokee Trackhawk comes from a supercharged 6.2-litre HEMI V-8 making 707 HP and 650 lb-ft of torque mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. We expect the Trackhawk to go from 0-60 mph in the mid 3.0-second range.
