I used a Groupon to get an alignment done. I'm not saying that they are dishonest, friendly people, but my car still feels as though it drives the same and pulls to the right after the alignment. They said that they could not adjust my rear tires so they only did the front, but I can't feel a difference.
Response from the owner - 3 weeks ago
Hey Jason, we have tried several times to get ahold of you. I dont understand why u left us a two star review. You were 2 hours late for your appointment, we accommodated you. We also went over the fact that the vehicle had obviously been wrecked, u said i know i side swiped a wall in a parking garage. We then proceeded to hook up the alignment heads and sweep the vehicle to see what kind of measurements we were dealing with. The rear was out of whack and the front, I told you that there was no adjustment in the back of the vehicle to rectify the out of alignment rear but we could adjust the front so at the least you wouldnt be eating tires. so thats what we did. I then also proceeded to let you know that if you want the car to be a 100% correct that you should get ahold of your insurance company and have the vehicle repaired - there is no alignment machine that substitutes for a frame stretching machine. So the $40 dollars you spent on the alignment got you some valuable information and what you did with that info from there is up to you. So for future reference if you wreck your car an alignment most likely isnt going to fully fix the problems from the accident. If you have any other questions or comments feel free to give us a call - I will answer the phone or at the very least call you back and help you in any way I can. - General Manager Wes Bates

Terrific company & staff ! I had an older 4WD Dodge truck trans rebuilt in 2013. I was very impressed with their professionalism, the facillities, their employees broad expertise, and especially the caring of the owners and staff. Prices were very fair and technicians and staff go out of way to be helpful and pleasant. They truly care! I live in Safford, but since have brought several vehicles and classic cars back for alignments, A/C work, just about any and everything. I trust their integrity and salute their good attitude and competence. They truly are "good guys." This is a family run business, and they treat all their employees and customers like family. It gives an "old guy" hope. Thanks Car Guys!

I was referred to Car Guy through a friend. My son, who was 20 yrs old bout a 1999 Buick through a used car dealer. After driving it for 3 months the car died on the road. We had the car towed to Henry Brown on Val Vista and the 202. They told us the engine could not be fixed. They said we could have a used engine put in it for approx $2500.00 or a new engine for approx $4000.00. Our friend told us to get a second opinion from Car Guy. We had the car towed there. Car Guy said it was a blown head gasket and they could fix it. They fixed that plus replaced all the rubber under the hood, did a tune up etc and all for under $2000.00. My son now 22 has been driving the Buick ever since without trouble. The Car Guy is honest and they will not rip you off

After getting treated like a turd by a shop down the road, I was skeptical of going to any other shops. However, the staff at The Car Guy restored my faith in that there are honest repair and service shops out there! Myself and my time was treated with respect and they did not make up worst case reasons for issues with my old van. I will continue to take my new vehicle here
