Great experience.  Much better than their sister company by 200%.  Ron Gelowitz was most helpful and informative.  Always made me feel important and comfortable.  I even had a follow-up phone call to see how everything was going.  Much appreciated.  The only thing is still seemed to take too long to purchase a vehicle but maybe this is how it is today!!.  Jessica was very easy to deal with as well.  Very well versed and searched for the right deal for me as well as willing to help me with some paperwork from my previous vehicle.  Thanks ever so much, Ron & Jessica for making this an enjoyable adventure instead of a pain in the you know what.

This was our second time shopping for a used vehicle at Capital, and we're just as satisfied this time as we were the first time. We dealt primarily with Mohammed and Craig for our purchase, but all of the staff we dealt with were professional, friendly and helpful, and we never felt under pressure to purchase anything. After looking at a couple different prospects, we found the truck for us, at a price we could be happy with, and we couldn't be more pleased. We look forward to visiting Capital again for the next purchase.

Absolutely terrible used sales department. Keep pushing one car and out of the 200+ used cars they have they push one. This is the second time they screwed around. Done with this place.

Fantastic Ford Service! This dealer provided the best service from a Ford dealer in Regina that I have experienced in 7 years. I cannot say enough about the care and attention that I received at this Ford Dealer. Leaves the others in the dust.

I bought a vehicle from there, after having it a month the oil light went off saying I had 5% oil left. I stopped check my oil and found out I had no oil in my car whatsoever. I was mad after being told that the oil was changed and it was good till 68,000 kilometers I was still at 62,000. There were no leaks or anything I had it checked by a mechanic.

This wasn't our first time buying a vehicle from Capital, but it was our first new vehicle purchase. Payton was fantastic and helpful, he really made the experience exciting and fun. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was just right for our family...even our kids loved him!

My experience purchasing a Ford Escape was excellent because of the service I received from Joe and Kevin, even if it was an overwhelming process. The service I received was above and beyond, right from the start when they let me take the vehicle home for the night to test it out in my every day lifestyle. This gesture was much appreciated and helped win my business with Capital. Joe and Kevin were there throughout my long car buying decision and patiently waited as I went to test drive every vehicle at every other dealership in the city (or that's how it felt). They answered my questions whenever I needed and helped find the right vehicle with the features I wanted, but still made it fit in my budget. Any time I went to the dealership, even the first night meeting them, it felt like I was going to hang out with new friends rather than making a big decision regarding a large purchase. I would recommend Joe and Kevin to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle in the future, and want to thank them for everything.

Thoroughly disappointed, again... I went to QuickLane as part of my prepaid maintenance and after waiting for an hour and a half I asked what the wait was (drive through oil changes take 20 minutes and I can do it myself in 30 minutes). This was when I was notified the truck was making a grinding noise and that it required additional work. As it turned out debris fell from the wheel well and fell into the brake parts... likely not a big thing, but why didn't anyone tell me? Every time I come here it's always SOMETHING and I just don't need the weird situations or obscure excuses. I can't wait until my prepaid maintenance plan is over so I can go to better garages or just do it myself. This isn't worth the ongoing hassle.
