Anybody got a good task management system for Android? Been using Any.do but the features I want (every X days/months, every other thursday, etc.) in task scheduling they just released as "subscription only." I want flat fee app or free app only. I'm not going to pay annually or monthly.....

Got the opportunity to hear Henry Winkler and Marlee Matlin last night - good message about overcoming obstacles, all in support of Captain Hope's Kids, who are in need of donations.

Things I saw this weekend:
1) Archie Manning taking out his trash.
2) An LSU-colored Lamborghini parked on Bourbon Street (with accompanying parking ticket)
3) Women riding a trolley in bathing suits for no apparent reason
4) An elderly woman in a bikini top shaking her stuff on the street
5) Big 12 rankings with Baylor at the top (it helps to be alphabetically first)
and several other things...how about you?

So - one thought - to keep people from messing with formulas - has anyone given thought to just setting protected ranges over all of the formulas?

Most of the missing formulas were deleted on purpose. If people are not active for a while, the formulas are deleted from their rows in order to keep the spreadsheet functioning. With over 300 people using it, we keep running up against the formula limits of a Google docs spreadsheet.

What's your favorite candy holiday?
I like candy. Quite a bit, actually. Which means that my calendar could be construed to rotate around the four "prime candy" holidays. As Easter passes, so do the Cadbury Eggs, leaving me in candy drought until October. Fourth of July lollipops anyone? In case you're wondering, the "big four" ...

hmm galaxy s4 or Moto x customized... that is the question.
After teasing it for weeks, Motorola finally unveiled its American-manufactured, customizable smartphone: the Moto X.

The answer is Galaxy S4...since that's what I bought.  But the Moto X is still tempting.  Maybe next time around, Google.

Hmm 10 days in a row I have written SOME fiction.  Though it really hasn't been much more than a sentence or two the last couple of days...still...keeping the chain going.

We got take out, but they were wonderfully nice, had reasonable prices, and great tasting food. Much better than trying to find the same or comparable food for $15+ a person elsewhere. Place seemed empty, but the food is great and I'd encourage stopping in for some.

Gotta say, we were excited to find this as an alternative to Kokila over in Lewisville, especially once Kokila closed. The food here is decent, but the service is horrible. horrible. Horrible. And all we got is take out. We've tried it twice now, and on both occasions, I was told that it was going to be like 30-45 minutes (which is long in my opinion), only to get there and wait alongside other frustrated patrons for an additional 20 minutes with nothing to occupy my time other than my cell phone and a Bollywood movie. Luckily an Indian restaurant has reopened over in Lewisville, so we'll be heading there next time, not going back to Papad'z. Again, the food is decent (if you are eating there prepare for styrofoam plates in addition to your long wait), but only plan on eating there if you don't want to eat in the next hour or two. Oh, and it is small, cramped, and not particularly clean. Good luck.

Have taken our bichons to Pet Spa for 4-5 years now. Randy and the whole crew are great. The dogs are excited to get there and always get a great cut.

It's Scruffy's. Show up early, stay late. And you should go there just because you should go there.
