Many thanks to all the entrants of our Photo Competition. The standard has been much higher than we expected. First place goes to Peter Paterson for this winter scene. Congratulations Peter.

#MercuryTransit Did you miss Mercury's transit across the sun yesterday? This is what our Nikon D810 with AF-S 600mm captured from the roof. Mercury's the black dot.

Mercury is transiting across the sun right now. You have until 18.42 tonight to get your telephoto out (although use Liveview and don't view it directly). Here's what we got with a Nikon D810, AF-S 600mm f/4G and a TC-17EII teleconverter from the roof of Camera Jungle HQ.

Read how Christian Richter explores East Germany's decaying architecture. Great photos #urbex #urbanexploring http://ow.ly/UHvy8
Christian Richter spent his teens exploring abandoned buildings in what was then East Germany. Now, as an adult, he's still doing it and photographing their decaying interiors.

Very quick delivery. Lens was exactly as described ( mint condition ) and was perfectly packaged. As I hadn't ordered anything from Camera Jungle previously, I was naturally apprehensive. But I will definitely buy from these people again. A very happy purchaser.
