Went there to snowboard for the day with some friends. The service was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. The downside is that you should avoid going on Saturday because the lifts are packed. Way too many people. Very little parking, although they provide free shuttle service. Over all a great experience, but if you hate people and crowds, go on a week day or at the very least the twilight run that starts at 3pm, it tends to clear out a bit so you can actually snowboard.

Camelback Mountain Resort was a great place for me to try out snowboarding for the first time. There was a lot of variation in hill types for beginners all the way up to the most experienced. The resort was pretty crowded this Saturday afternoon, understandably because of its family friendly environment and because of the warmer weather. I would definitely go back again.

The amenities at camelback are great. There is a wide variety of slopes and the water park is amazing. Overall the pricing was fair but food was a bit over priced. However, the staff is not very accommodating. If not for the staff I would rate this place much higher. That being said, my overall experience was positive and I would recommend it just be prepared forbablack luster staff.

Was pleasantly surprised. Lifts ran smoothly and the snowmaking complemented the couple inches of powder leftover from previous days. Really loved the built-in jumps on some of the runs, particularly Nile Mile. Only suggestion would be to add more snowmaking on the learning area - felt like ice near the bottom by the other lift.

Worst place ever! I can't stress how awful Camelback is. Their instructors are unprofessional and have zero ability to work with children. Andrew, an instructor, picked up my son (who was in skiis), by his ankles, put him over Andrew's shoulder, and dropped my son on his head. Andrew let him lay in the snow, face down, for a few moments while Andrew looked around to see who was watching. I saw everything because I was sitti g upstairs by the window that overlooks the teaching area. I ran downstairs to find my son. Everyone played dumb and tried to cover up what happened. I fou d my son in a room with lockers, crying, with Andrew kneeling down in front of him. A security guard refused to let me into the room ,so, I pushed him out of the way. Andrew had zero explanation as to why he would pick up a 3 year old by his ankles just to drop him. That is not part of ski instruction. Camelback did nothing. They wanted to hide everything. Worst place to bring kids. Use caution, always watch the lessons if you decide to go to Camelback.

Trails were great, a little icy. All in all a good time was had. What is disappointing is the food services. Our party decided to spend Super Bowl Sunday on the mountain. The food services were absolutely horrible in the new hotel and restaurant areas. We hit two different places. 1) Lunch - party of four order wings, sandwiches, soup, drinks, etc. Waitress proceeds to tell us that the wing special is only 10 not 12 and shorts us all 2 wings on each order. Clearly the TV on the bar states it's 12 for Lunch & Dinner. We got them but only after a lengthy argument? Really. 2) Dinner - Super Bowl Sunday somewhere in the new hotel. Waitress comes over: clearly high on something. "How much for a dozen wings?" "$18.99" That seems a bit high? "Oh alright I'll do them for 12." Very shady already. Three of us now all order wings, nachos, and drinks. 20 minutes later waitress comes back: "I forgot what you ordered?" Ordered the exact same thing and she only remembers nachos. Nachos come with hair in them courtesy of the chef. Send them back gagging. Superbowl is over. The waitress comes over saying our bill is $14 for two Yuengling Lagers. (We never got our wings or the third drink). No receipt or itemized list anyway. I ask for a receipt to pay with CC, waitress then forgets and we wait another 15. No this time she actually forgot we existed. I watched her take cash from other unsuspecting families and issue no receipt. This is a sick and twisted person. She even said the CC machine wasn't working? In a new multi million dollar establishment I find this hard to believe. Enough is enough and we left. I understand the facilities are new in this region but come on. Very disappointed. Been coming for years both in winter and summer and it has never been this bad. *Still no reply from management, amazing!*

We went during the blizzard and were stuck there overnight. Luckily, we got the last room available. Ski conditions were great, was was night skiing. The waterpark in the hotel was far better than expected and actually very fun! The rooms were clean and sufficient. It is a very family oriented location, but catered well enough to 4 guys on a ski weekend.

Love camelback. The staff is always fantastic and everything is well maintained. I dislike the new lodge as it creates way more traffic on the slopes and lift lines but I understand they have quotas to meet and business is business. Will continue to give them my hard earned cash for season passes because they work hard for me.
