Just bought a car from Camelback Ford/Lincoln and I will always buy from there. I had a great experience with car saleswoman she is awesome. Such a great experience they made buying a car fun, easy, and fast!! I walked away with a beautiful car and a great deal!!

Last year I purchased a vehicle from Camelback Ford. I live in Farmington, NM, 8 hours from Phoenix. I was able to work the deal over the phone. The team was fantastic. My husband and I found ourselves in the market for another car last week. Camelback was the first place I thought to turn to due to the amazing, non-typical, car buying experience I had last time. I reached Zachary Devore, a salesman, and began inquiring on a couple of cars I was interested in. Zach was able to tell me his personal opinion on which vehicle was in the best shape. I trusted his opinion because of the reputation of the dealership. Zach took our credit application information and passed us on the his manager to work the final figures. They gave us one heck of a deal. Justin, one of the managers, took it upon himself to test drive the car for me and has several other members of the team drive it to make sure everything with the car was sound. He then face-timed us to show us the car. At that point we were 100% sold. Zachary met us in Holbrook, AZ, half way between Phoenix and Farmington, to deliver the car. I signed all the paperwork and he handed me the keys! We could not be happier with the car and the customer service we received from team at Camelback, namely Zach and Justin! Zach was courteous, driven, and just an overall great guy for the job. Justin was tentative to our needs and requests. In short, they did what they needed to to earn this sale and they did it with pure class. Kudos Camelback! We will back to buy our next car!! HIGHLY RECC!!!!!! Thanks for a strong delivery, again. Sincerely, a lifetime customer.

After looking for a car for quite sometime, I had applied through the online application on the website. Within minutes I received a phone call from Idona Pickering. Her expertise, and knowledge on the Ford products help me understand a lot more. She had great customer service. Would recommend her to anybody

Stay away from this dealer if you are looking at an EV, they have no clue about registration and will fill you full of BS. Not one person acted like they cared about anything but the "Survey" after it was done nobody lifted a finger to do anything to fix their error. I wasted hours fixing the mistake myself. At one point I was told "your upset about your plate, its just a plate" well yes and 500 dollars they financed because they were to lazy to look into it. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone and will never set foot in it again once I have my refund from the registration. If you are an informed buyer look elsewhere. Everything at Face value looks great but the backend staff is incompetent and will promise everything and deliver nothing. Salespersons......RUN you have no backend help.

I was really happy with my experience here. I worked with Eric Gardo, KC, and Aaron Walker. The entire deal was negotiated within 10 Minutes via text message. I was very happy that they were able to negotiate it via text which was much more convenient for me then spending hours sitting in a dealer. KC worked extremely hard to find a car for me that met all my needs (and then some). He personally went over the car with me to make sure I was satisfied. Eric spent about 30-45 Minutes with me going over all the features and setting up the MySync system. He was very thorough and knew what he was doing. Overall, I felt the price I got was very far. They offered me a fair deal on my trade in as well. I was not financing so I am not sure how rates go, but Ford usually is competitive. No high pressure sales tactics in the finance office. I would recommend this dealer and as with any dealer, just make sure you know what you want and what a fair price is before you talk with them and you should be fine.

In 2012 I went to Camelback Ford and, quite honestly, I did not have the greatest experience however, after I discussed the entire issue with Aaron Walker, the GM, he was very receptive and he asked me to come in that day. From what I understand there has been a complete reorganization at Camelback and Aaron Walker has been key in making some very positive changes in the last couple years. He set me up THAT DAY, with a FAR lower interest rate in just a few hours. Aaron didn't have to attend to me personally but he did and he made SURE I left in a brand new car and payment I was happy with. I would recommend Camelback Ford to anyone who is looking for a new car or looking to trade in for a lower finance rate! They will work with you and set you up. I love my Focus and I'm very happy!

I'm fine with the fact I didn't get a new car but what is not acceptable is the fact this dealership stole from me, robbed me. Literally, drained my bank of $3000.00 and left me overdrawn. If not for my wife keeping tabs on our finances who knows what worse damage could have been done by this dealership's nonchalant attitude in regards to the handing or personal financial and sensitive equipment. After the deal on our vehicle wasn't approved we scheduled an appointment to return the new vehicle and retrieve our trade in. We arrived on time for our appointment and were made to wait almost an hour before they even brought our vehicle up, and another 15 minutes while they located the second key. We also requested the check back that we had given them as a down payment and were advised that it was in a safe that they were unable to open until a set time. As my wife had to get to school we couldn't wait but were promised that as soon as the safe was opened our check would be retrieved and someone would come out to deliver it. This never happened and to this day we do not have our check. Days later we got a call wanting to know how we liked our new car and I had to explain to the Camelback Ford employee that our deal had been dissolved, and I inquired as to when our check would be delivered. He assured me that he would look into it and promptly call me back with an answer, that call was never made. A week later I received another call stating that there was a thank you package on its way and they hoped we were enjoying our car. Today, almost 3 weeks after we returned the car, they cashed our down payment check of $3,000. I spent my day on the phone trying to find out why this had happened. Even one employee said it was such a drastic error that I should contact a news station to publicize the incident. In the end I had to make all the calls, and do all the work between the dealership and my bank and then make a trip to Phoenix from Gilbert in order to get my money back. I could go on with the other impacts this had with other payments being rejected and no answers as to how this happened. This dealership is where the stereotypes of dishonesty, thievery and incompetence all stem from. I wouldn't even trust this dealership to put gas in my car let alone handle any finances or service.

My Wife and I were upside down on our vehicle. We went to Camelback Ford, Lincoln, Mercury. And I must admit I was very doubtful of getting out of there with a new ride, let alone one that would fit all of us. But Anthony Flores, Casey, Mike and even the GM. They showed us that they can help anyone and I mean anyone. I will never go anywhere else, nor will I recommend any other dealership to anyone. Except. Camleback Ford, Lincoln, Mercury. They gave us a great price for our trade and got us an amazing rate on our new purchase. Need I say more. Excellent group of guys down there. Go see them first.
