I worked with Carlos V and I would suggest that you request him personally. Very nice guy and did not pressure me at all. He gave me a great deal on a 2015 Mustang GT. Overall, one of the better car buying experiences. He worked with me to get it in my monthly payment price range. I couldn't be happier with the car and my monthly payment.

Just bought a car from Camelback Ford/Lincoln and I will always buy from there. I had a great experience with car saleswoman she is awesome. Such a great experience they made buying a car fun, easy, and fast!! I walked away with a beautiful car and a great deal!!

In 2012 I went to Camelback Ford and, quite honestly, I did not have the greatest experience however, after I discussed the entire issue with Aaron Walker, the GM, he was very receptive and he asked me to come in that day. From what I understand there has been a complete reorganization at Camelback and Aaron Walker has been key in making some very positive changes in the last couple years. He set me up THAT DAY, with a FAR lower interest rate in just a few hours. Aaron didn't have to attend to me personally but he did and he made SURE I left in a brand new car and payment I was happy with. I would recommend Camelback Ford to anyone who is looking for a new car or looking to trade in for a lower finance rate! They will work with you and set you up. I love my Focus and I'm very happy!

Honestly the WORST car buying experience EVER! I Left this dealership with a signed agreement on a 2014 F-150, I drove the truck for over a month, then I get a call from the "assistant finance director" telling me he was having "troubles" with my loan & needed to return the truck to them.They completely lied to me and even asked me to falsify documents!.( the finance guy was dumb enough to ask for this in an email to me) I have contacted Ford Corporate and filed a formal complaint with this dealership! The Finance guy told me they no longer had the title for my trade-in and that the DMV would be sending it into me in a day or 2, It's been 2 Weeks and still have not received this. they also have not refunded my $1,000 down payment! I have Emailed them and left several Voice messages and they, of course, don't bother getting back to you! I've contacted an Attorney to get involved now! PLEASE do your research on this Horrible dealership before you even think of doing a deal with them!

I called because I had noticed they had a substantial amount of 2014 F150s. I was very honest with my situation and they seemed to be happy to help. I was there over 3 hours waiting for a truck they wanted me to test drive and said I would get the price I wanted. They showed up with an ecoboost. I informed them it would cost to much for what I wanted to spend. They gave me tons of reasons why it would work and I could get the price. When they brought back the offer, it was $1,000 a month after I put 4,500 down. Then they brought me an offer for a less equiped model that I had not even seen yet which was still outside my price range. Complete waste of time. Why would they also waste their time like that also? How do you sale cars when you spend 3 hours on a deal you know is not going to work?

***BEWARE*** Stay as far away from this dealership as you can! Our experience went from bad to worse! We bought a brand new explorer from them on President’s Day (02/17/2015). We entered a drawing for an ipad and were told by our salesmen that anyone who bought a new car would “win”. Because we were there in the evening they were unable to fill our tank and asked us to come back the next day. They also told us that all new 2015 explorers had sync and since I have driven a ford before I would not need instructions on how to use it. The next day I went back and waited 30 minutes to get the gas and was told that I had won an ipad but minutes later was told that they gave me the wrong information and that we didn’t win it. I left that day not thinking anything about it. Two days later we got a call from them saying that they had messed up our financial paperwork and we needed to come down to resign. When we went to resign we were told that ford has to unlock the paperwork and we were unable to sign that day but were promised a call as soon as we could sign. An entire week went buy and nothing so my husband called and was told that we could go sign. We went and signed but informed them of our unhappiness and that we were unable to get the sync working. They gave us an ipad for our “troubles” and sent 5 different workers out to the car, each of them telling us that it definitely had sync. Finally, after an hour we were told that the vehicle didn’t have sync but they believed it was an error by ford. They agreed to contact the ford representative and get back to us with the day. My husband called multiple times and we finally just went back down there to meet with the sales manager(Jason) and the general manager (Dustin). They told us that Ford reported that sync was not in all of the 2015s but they assured us that they were going to make it right. They promised us that they were going to order an after market system and install it for no charge. The sales manager agreed to call us that same week. After multiple attempts to contact them yet again we finally got a hold of the sales manager who told us that he would order the system but that they were going to have to let our salesman go because he is the one that originally told us that sync was in all of the 2015 models (so did everybody at the dealership). He told my husband that the system would be in on May 22nd. We called on the 22nd and were told that the sales manager no longer worked there. We spoke with the general manager who told us that the system wasn’t ordered and that he would give us a call back within the same day with an update. He did not return our calls and when my husband tried to reach him he answered the phone but hung up when my husband identified himself. We plan on making a formal complaint with Ford and the BBB but wanted to post it here as well so that no one makes the same mistake we did! Buy your vehicle somewhere else!

I was really happy with my experience here. I worked with Eric Gardo, KC, and Aaron Walker. The entire deal was negotiated within 10 Minutes via text message. I was very happy that they were able to negotiate it via text which was much more convenient for me then spending hours sitting in a dealer. KC worked extremely hard to find a car for me that met all my needs (and then some). He personally went over the car with me to make sure I was satisfied. Eric spent about 30-45 Minutes with me going over all the features and setting up the MySync system. He was very thorough and knew what he was doing. Overall, I felt the price I got was very far. They offered me a fair deal on my trade in as well. I was not financing so I am not sure how rates go, but Ford usually is competitive. No high pressure sales tactics in the finance office. I would recommend this dealer and as with any dealer, just make sure you know what you want and what a fair price is before you talk with them and you should be fine.

Last year I purchased a vehicle from Camelback Ford. I live in Farmington, NM, 8 hours from Phoenix. I was able to work the deal over the phone. The team was fantastic. My husband and I found ourselves in the market for another car last week. Camelback was the first place I thought to turn to due to the amazing, non-typical, car buying experience I had last time. I reached Zachary Devore, a salesman, and began inquiring on a couple of cars I was interested in. Zach was able to tell me his personal opinion on which vehicle was in the best shape. I trusted his opinion because of the reputation of the dealership. Zach took our credit application information and passed us on the his manager to work the final figures. They gave us one heck of a deal. Justin, one of the managers, took it upon himself to test drive the car for me and has several other members of the team drive it to make sure everything with the car was sound. He then face-timed us to show us the car. At that point we were 100% sold. Zachary met us in Holbrook, AZ, half way between Phoenix and Farmington, to deliver the car. I signed all the paperwork and he handed me the keys! We could not be happier with the car and the customer service we received from team at Camelback, namely Zach and Justin! Zach was courteous, driven, and just an overall great guy for the job. Justin was tentative to our needs and requests. In short, they did what they needed to to earn this sale and they did it with pure class. Kudos Camelback! We will back to buy our next car!! HIGHLY RECC!!!!!! Thanks for a strong delivery, again. Sincerely, a lifetime customer.
