Watch your money, these guys are crooks.... make sure if you have a down payment it goes in the contract... don't think that the online trucks are a deal, they are only there to get you into the dealer...Was told that by a female manager. Worst experience i have ever had at a car dealer. They didn't even offer any kind of a deal... Buyer Beware! Oh they are under new management, that makes everything all right. NOT!

The worst service you will ever get, and I suppose it's no wonder after all these bad reviews. Do not shop here. I was sold a warranty under false pretenses, by a manager that conveniently no longer works with the company and no one seems to remember the existence of. So I purchase the vehicle, with this magical "covers everything, bumper to bumper" warranty, based on the pitch that these are "expensive vehicles to fix." As it turns out, within a year and a half later, still fully within the terms of the warranty, my roughly $2,000 issue is not covered. I'll start by saying that I brought the vehicle to them on multiple occasions, telling them that something was malfunctioning. On each of these occasions, they could not visually see that something was wrong, nor could they recreate it, and stated that they have to be able to prove a fail before taking it in to diagnose. That's understandable, however on my last oil change visit I was able to very plainly display the problem to them, and they agreed to take it in to repair in two weeks. Two weeks pass, and I drop the vehicle off with them. After six hours of waiting, they issue me a rental car because they'll need it "over night." This turned into seven days. A few days after dropping the vehicle off with them, I follow up with them and I'm told that they have discovered the problem, and they're transferring it to Chevrolet, as they don't have the equipment to repair it themselves. I am specifically told at that time that the warranty does cover this repair. No problem, I wait a few days more. A few calls later, and now we're on day seven. On day seven, I receive a call from Camelback Ford Service, informing me that the repair is actually not covered by my warranty. At this point, the vehicle has been in their hands for seven days and I've already been told that I'm covered. Needless to say, I'm angry that so much time has passed with nothing being done, after being fed false information on now more than one occasion. That same day, I returned to their dealership looking to speak directly with the person that sold the warranty to me. Low and behold, he, nor any of the other associates from that time period, still work there. I'm told that the management has changed and it's a whole new staff now. I was told to speak with the finance director. In an attempt at doing so, I'm met with someone else from finance. Apparently the finance director was in a meeting, but this other person would be able to take care of my issue. Upon meeting with this finance person, I explained the whole situation. I explained that I was sold what is essentially a useless warranty by the previous manager, that I've been told that everything is covered, and then told a few days later that, actually, nothing is covered. I requested that they take care of this situation. She was quite friendly, telling me to take the rental car for a few more days while she speaks with the service department. When I returned to service to inform them that I'd be leaving the vehicle for a few days more, I was told that the rental car was no longer covered since service had already been declined. I agreed to take my vehicle back, and await them to call me as soon as their finance department figured something out. On that same day after returning home, I called them to inform them that one of my hub caps were missing. The receptionist took a message and told me that I'd be contacted the next day, as everyone had already left. I was not contacted the next day, but had to call to inquire about the missing center cap. I was told that it was missing the day I dropped it off. After claiming to have remarked the missing center cap in writing, I told them I'd wait to see the paperwork after returning to their dealership to have this fixed. I was told by the service advisor the he was waiting to hear something from the finance department and then he'd call me back. I've heard nothing since. I've generously given them well over two weeks to call me back with any information. I've received no calls.

I made an appointment for the "guaranteed 30 minute oil change." I arrived early to find multiple employees standing around. Employee Krista was openly swearing and making derisive comments about other customers in front of me. When I was finally able to get someone to help me they told me it would be an hour and a half and not the 30 minutes that they guaranteed. I left without the oil change and will never go back with service like that.

Wow, where do I start? I just bought my 3rd Ford of 7 that I have owned in my life from Camelback Ford. I was treated amazingly by every staff member with genuine smiles and hello's. I'm the type of person that shops the heck out of cars before I enter the building avoiding as must salesman/woman contact as possible. I have been burned in the past, but not at Camelback Ford. I trust them implicitly. Jesse helped me find the perfect Expedition. They didn't have it in stock, so they found one and got it there quick! If I would walk around, everyone was would be so amazing and always willing to help. If I said I was being helped, I was asked if I'd like a bottle of water. I have never been treated so nicely by salesmen/women that were not going to get a sale out of me. Mike in finance was upfront and clear without getting frustrated at having to over-explain the different warranty options (I've had a stressful week and when I stress, I have a hard time absorbing what people are saying). Makenzie was great showing me all of the features on my new Expedition (which my daughter and I love, BTW. I wanted to spend the night in it to be honest). Overall, my service was great, I got an amazing deal on the Expedition, fair trade-n value for my last Ford (an Escape) and left on cloud 9!!!! I'm a single mother and buying a car from someone you trust is paramount. Camelback Ford keeps earning my business and never fails me. PS, I Even recently brought in my Escape for service, and JD was awesome. Where can you go at 2pm and have your car looked at and repaired under warranty within the hour? Camelback Ford.

Buyer beware I leased a vehicle from this dealership and at the end of the lease I was told I needed to pay a $499 inspection fee so that it was certified for resale this is after Lincoln financial had sent a rep at no charge to inspect the car for any charges that might be due to excess wear and tear, nothing in the lease contract mentioned anything concerning the $499 inspection fee however this dealership refused to close out the lease unless I paid the fee, stay away from this dealership they are dishonest to say the least.

Hi Sid, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. It is never the intention of anyone at our dealership to deceive a customer, and we apologize that you left with that feeling. We would like the opportunity to discuss this with you further and try to make this right. At your earliest availability please contact our General Manager, Rob Hubler at 602-635-2985.

I just concluded my positive shopping experience with the receipt of my plates. I looked for a specific used vehicle in June and shopped and negotiated several dealers. They each had unsatisfactory terms or offers for my trade-in (admittedly I was not the perfect buyer-I was upside down). With the help of a professional and knowledgeable salesperson-Randy, I found a vehicle that met my needs and the negotiations began. Randy was my advocate with the sales manager, and they came up with favorable terms and a requested interest rate for the financing. I had several service items identified, so Randy arranged to have me keep my trade-in vehicle until my purchase vehicle had the requested services completed. Randy called me two days later and arranged to deliver my vehicle to my place of work. With a full tank. Service completed to expectations. Fair deal-acceptable terms. I would consider another purchase from Camelback Ford when necessary.

Noticed an F-150 on their website that was exactly what I was looking for at the price I was looking to pay, so I made a trip up to Camelback Ford. It started out great, my salesman Carlos was awesome. As we looked for the truck in question we found out it had been sold earlier that day, but Carlos found one at their sister dealer Peoria Ford and was trying to get it brought over for me to take a look. As he tried to do this a few "sales managers" came over and basically tried to hijack Carlos' sale and told me to look at the trucks they had again before we moved the truck over to this dealer. So we did and once again the truck I was looking for was not there, so I told them if it was a hassle that I would just drive to Peoria Ford to look at it, and they told me not to do that but rather lets start talking numbers while they bring the truck over. So we did and they started nearly double what they had it listed online for. I showed them their website with the price and was told that it was "impossible" to sell it at that price unless I was "Henry Ford's grandson, a Vietnam Vet, a Desert Storm Vet, active duty military, full time student, with a 850 credit score, and 50% down payment". Then one of the "sales managers" looks at me and asks if I have any money and if I even make any money. I about left after that. He then told me he'd have to run my credit before we started negotiating. Keep in mind I haven't even seen the truck yet. But I agree and to no surprise I pass his credit check yet they still tell me that the price on their website is "impossible" so after 6 hours there I go on TrueCar and find that exact truck with a TrueCar guaranteed price of $1000 below what their website said, and Camelback was one of the listed dealers that had to honor the price! I ended up going to San Tan Ford, they sold me the truck well under the "impossible" price on Camelback's website, and were extremely helpful and friendly. Avoid Camelback Ford, but get ahold of the internet manager at San Tan Ford, his name is John Dye and he will help you far better than anyone at Camelback.

We just bought our second vehicle in 3 months from Camelback Ford, Larry Kelso...i have never been to a dealership where they are so focused on customer service..at least 4 people stopped to ask me if I was being taken care of....Larry is the best, he treated my dad (72) with respect and consideration. Never got annoyed or frustrated. every one was so happy and friendly. Justin the finance guy was easy to work with and didn't do anything we didn't feel comfortable with - no high pressure sales. i just can't say enough about Larry and the team...go there now!
