Watch your money, these guys are crooks.... make sure if you have a down payment it goes in the contract... don't think that the online trucks are a deal, they are only there to get you into the dealer...Was told that by a female manager. Worst experience i have ever had at a car dealer. They didn't even offer any kind of a deal... Buyer Beware! Oh they are under new management, that makes everything all right. NOT!

Was satisfied up until we discussed numbers. They didn't even try to work a deal. I guess they didn't like the fact that two woman weren't going to let them take advantage. Left there and went to a different Ford dealer. Purchased the exact model I went to camelback ford for, within the price I was willing to pay. In fact, the one I purchased ended being better than the one I originally look at. Oh, a few hours after we left they called trying to sell us a Escape, I went there for an Explorer. I don't suggest going there unless you want to waste your time. One other fact, the buyer had exceptional credit, and they kept insisting on a down payment and also asked for a credit card to show his manager that we were motivated buyers. Yet, his manager came back to tell us that he wouldn't be able to get to where we wanted to be.

Noticed an F-150 on their website that was exactly what I was looking for at the price I was looking to pay, so I made a trip up to Camelback Ford. It started out great, my salesman Carlos was awesome. As we looked for the truck in question we found out it had been sold earlier that day, but Carlos found one at their sister dealer Peoria Ford and was trying to get it brought over for me to take a look. As he tried to do this a few "sales managers" came over and basically tried to hijack Carlos' sale and told me to look at the trucks they had again before we moved the truck over to this dealer. So we did and once again the truck I was looking for was not there, so I told them if it was a hassle that I would just drive to Peoria Ford to look at it, and they told me not to do that but rather lets start talking numbers while they bring the truck over. So we did and they started nearly double what they had it listed online for. I showed them their website with the price and was told that it was "impossible" to sell it at that price unless I was "Henry Ford's grandson, a Vietnam Vet, a Desert Storm Vet, active duty military, full time student, with a 850 credit score, and 50% down payment". Then one of the "sales managers" looks at me and asks if I have any money and if I even make any money. I about left after that. He then told me he'd have to run my credit before we started negotiating. Keep in mind I haven't even seen the truck yet. But I agree and to no surprise I pass his credit check yet they still tell me that the price on their website is "impossible" so after 6 hours there I go on TrueCar and find that exact truck with a TrueCar guaranteed price of $1000 below what their website said, and Camelback was one of the listed dealers that had to honor the price! I ended up going to San Tan Ford, they sold me the truck well under the "impossible" price on Camelback's website, and were extremely helpful and friendly. Avoid Camelback Ford, but get ahold of the internet manager at San Tan Ford, his name is John Dye and he will help you far better than anyone at Camelback.

Wow, where do I start? I just bought my 3rd Ford of 7 that I have owned in my life from Camelback Ford. I was treated amazingly by every staff member with genuine smiles and hello's. I'm the type of person that shops the heck out of cars before I enter the building avoiding as must salesman/woman contact as possible. I have been burned in the past, but not at Camelback Ford. I trust them implicitly. Jesse helped me find the perfect Expedition. They didn't have it in stock, so they found one and got it there quick! If I would walk around, everyone was would be so amazing and always willing to help. If I said I was being helped, I was asked if I'd like a bottle of water. I have never been treated so nicely by salesmen/women that were not going to get a sale out of me. Mike in finance was upfront and clear without getting frustrated at having to over-explain the different warranty options (I've had a stressful week and when I stress, I have a hard time absorbing what people are saying). Makenzie was great showing me all of the features on my new Expedition (which my daughter and I love, BTW. I wanted to spend the night in it to be honest). Overall, my service was great, I got an amazing deal on the Expedition, fair trade-n value for my last Ford (an Escape) and left on cloud 9!!!! I'm a single mother and buying a car from someone you trust is paramount. Camelback Ford keeps earning my business and never fails me. PS, I Even recently brought in my Escape for service, and JD was awesome. Where can you go at 2pm and have your car looked at and repaired under warranty within the hour? Camelback Ford.

I just concluded my positive shopping experience with the receipt of my plates. I looked for a specific used vehicle in June and shopped and negotiated several dealers. They each had unsatisfactory terms or offers for my trade-in (admittedly I was not the perfect buyer-I was upside down). With the help of a professional and knowledgeable salesperson-Randy, I found a vehicle that met my needs and the negotiations began. Randy was my advocate with the sales manager, and they came up with favorable terms and a requested interest rate for the financing. I had several service items identified, so Randy arranged to have me keep my trade-in vehicle until my purchase vehicle had the requested services completed. Randy called me two days later and arranged to deliver my vehicle to my place of work. With a full tank. Service completed to expectations. Fair deal-acceptable terms. I would consider another purchase from Camelback Ford when necessary.

I made an appointment for the "guaranteed 30 minute oil change." I arrived early to find multiple employees standing around. Employee Krista was openly swearing and making derisive comments about other customers in front of me. When I was finally able to get someone to help me they told me it would be an hour and a half and not the 30 minutes that they guaranteed. I left without the oil change and will never go back with service like that.

I worked with Carlos V and I would suggest that you request him personally. Very nice guy and did not pressure me at all. He gave me a great deal on a 2015 Mustang GT. Overall, one of the better car buying experiences. He worked with me to get it in my monthly payment price range. I couldn't be happier with the car and my monthly payment.

I had a flight to Phoenix to purchase a mustang which I had discussed with a sales rep. A couple hours before heading to the airport I gave them a call which i was informed the car had been purchased the night before. The sales rep said "The manager took the keys from his lockbox and sold the mustang gt to a family member of his". I was left with a non refundable flight and a dagger in my back from Judas. I can accept that ALL the salesman cares about is making a gaurenteed sale as soon as possible, but this guy didn't even inform me, I had to call. What if I had arrived in Phoenix and then realized what had happend?
