Highly unprofessional and disorganized. Staff can be rude and adversarial. They will never have my business again, and I will make sure that no one in my immediate family does either

This was my best car buying experience ever. Amine Hakik and Jalal Wakine at Camelback Ford are extremely friendly and knowedgeable and they knew what i wanted did not force me on any cars that i wouldnt want. I came spacific looking for a HONDA CIVIC, i was a little shaky about it because its a FORD dealership and why would they have a HONDA. Man!!! i dont know how he did it but this guy is OUT OF THIS WORLD. 3 days later he called me and got the CIVIC for me with awesome price that i could not refuse with STRONG interest rate. I absolutely love my car and have an amazing time at the dealership, my wife and I were laughing the whole time, the 3 hours process went like20 minutes LOL. Also a special thanks to IMOHTEP (JALAL WAKINE), Mr JELL TELLMAN for the great deal and Mr JELL ANDERSON JR for getting us the exact vehicle for my wife and I. Thank you Camelback Ford and i will must definitely tell all my friends, family and co-worker

Amine Hakik was great to work with, I'm not the easiest customer with idenity theft and such on my credit, he was patient and stuck with me for 3 months helping me get a good deal, I would reccomend him to work with, Thanks for your help! Also want to thank Jalal Wakine, he stayed an additional 4 hours, (2 of those hours after closing!) and answered my questions, searched the lot for the car I wanted in the correct color, and dealt with me in not the best of moods, he is an absoloute patient guy and would reccomend him as well! Amine and Jalal excellent customer service and great to work with!

My experience with this dealership was horrible, horrible. If you want the truth don't go here looking for a good car buying experience , I would suggest you read the 36 other blogs on the website before you go and seek out financing at this dealership. They are the most wicked and crooked bunch of folks, I have ever dealt with. Watch out for the 5k they put on your deal in the finance department. The finance manager lied to my saleman and told him the deal was good. I went back this morning and collected my 2014 Ford Focus trade in and voided the deal bcause in reality the deal hadn't gone through. They will shop your credit and beware you are being camered and recorded in the finace department, but unknown to them I had my own olympic pocket tape recording.. They are under a new regime! Why because the other was a big bunch of crooks, that failed, so the revamped and brought in a new bunch of unpolished crooks. Mike K. Salesman go to a new dealership that will allow you to service your customers with integrity and apply morals that I know you were raised with. It is not ok to ever lie to your customers, I work with approx 400 people that I am telling about my experience at your dealership. Also beware the same owner owns all the dealerships up and down Camelback! Buyer beware! Buyer beware! Watch the fine print, and remember your New Car is conditional to financing! So you will drive away in it! Make sure before you take it off the lot that you have a completed deal with completed it financing! I will never buy a car here again. My kids will never purchase a car here, and my personal friends will never buy a car here. I hope the people I work with will consider my buying experience and look east, west north or south for a reputable non game playing dealership. " Remember" he who holds the dollar holds the power, America get your billions back is HR blocks new saying, Mechel new saying is Beware of Camelback and all their tactics to Rob you with a pen. What is the difference between a Bank Robber and Camelback Ford, One is a crime and the other is Bad Business practices. Check the BBB and never sign anything with them. If you are so brave to allow them to complete a deal ...make sure you go over it if it takes hours. It will save you thousands in the end. It is my goal and passion to let all unsuspecting buyers know of poor, deceptive selling practices, Hey isn't that a Crime- They should be called Smooth Criminal Ford on Camelback. Read the contract, do all the math yourself. Tape alll conversations - because Verbal communication is in fact a contract with in itself. They will email you to death in addition! Oh and they need a articulate finance manager, CJ speaks ebonics...or what ever mubble jumble pack of lies he was telling..lol. That isn't racist! I am a Black women with an education, just speaking my opinion of his communication style, " Sorry shoe fit wear it"

THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!! Advertised price for truck $29,650, when I got to the dealership for the 2nd time they tried to charge me $38,750! The MSRP price on the window of the truck was $37,750! These guys are not in the business of selling cars they are in the business of screwing people over. Believe me the story only gets worse from here. They offer me $1,500 for my truck as a trade in which blue books for $6,000. Then when I leave they start calling like crazy, and everyone that calls says they are a manager. I have now talked to 6 sales managers. They all have the same canned line, Hi (insert name), this is (insert name) sales manager at Camelback Ford. I saw you came into dealership and we weren't able to close the deal. I wanted to see why and see what I can do to get you into a truck. I had two guys call within 2 minutes of each other. These guys are vultures and see customers as prey and they start circling. Do yourself a favor and run don't walk run away from this place.

I have never been to a dealership,like this! I am so upset,with all the lies and the unprofessional people who work here from Jason Black,Ron,CJ,and the list can go on. We have been in a deal since Dec 6,and we have signed 2 contracts,spoke to Regional Bank over 4 times,with there welcome calls and today 1/28/2014 Finance calls us and says it was declined due to it expired! We have given all the paperwork to Ryan,and the Finance team via fax,email and physically dropped it off. We were promised car repairs for a discount for out other car,and many more promises from the whole staff. I also will like to inform everyone there Message service is horrible know one ever knows who gets messages. I spoke to the Customer Service manager and he wasn't on the customer side,he basically called me a liar and the sales associate that was next to us that said yes this was promised to us,and he said "if it wasn't written up in the deal its just words" I spent over 2 weeks at night from 5 to 10 pm at this dealership,paid over $300 in babysitters,rented a car for 2 weeks.for nothing! this is so upsetting to me and my family. and then there sales people call me every week to welcome me or to sell me another car,they need a new director of sales it all doesn't make sense. We also asked the main finance lady to hold the check till Dec 28,she said ok we can do that for you,another lie they cashed it before. this Dealership is the worst! all I have to say is "Do not go here unless you have a lot of time and want to have your life sucked out of you! Thank you! CAMELBACK FORD for making my new year start great!
