I was suspicious of so many 5 start reviews. After getting a screen on my daughters car. All I can say i have no doubt they deserve every one of them. Quality screen at a great price. Super nice lady in the office, so friendly and personable. Just had them do a second screen on my wifes Mazda, all the stars are deserved.

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the staff at CalAlta (Edmonton Trail, NE location) for their wonderful service. In particular, I would like to thank Kevin L. & Carmen R. I have taken my vehicle there twice: 1. Windshield replacement 2. Rock chip repair. Both times I was treated like I was their most important customer, VIP if you will. The red carpet was certainly rolled out but I am naïve to think it was only for me - I noticed they provided this service to EVERY customer who walked in ... it seems like it is their mission to make every customer happy. The first time I went to have my windshield replaced I noticed that my rearview mirror kept falling off. No matter how many times another staff member tried to attach it, it didn't want to stay. I started to panic. At that point, Kevin L. came out and with his calm & peaceful demeanor, not only did he calm me down [and that wasn't an easy task :)] he also fixed it!! It took a little bit but he was patient and kept at it. The second time I came in I needed to get a rock chip repaired. My sideview mirror was also cracked and I laughingly said to Carmen R. "Can you fix that as well?" She said sure! Both her & Kevin took time out of their precious schedule to look at it. Kevin said he will call for parts (as the cover needed to be replaced as well) and he would get it done for me. I thought it would be a long drawn out process by taking it to the dealership yet Kevin did all the leg work and took the stress off of me. In less than a week he had the sideview mirror fixed for me. I simply cannot overstate the service provided by Kevin and Carmen. Absolutely ABOVE & BEYOND service... I cannot praise them enough and I cannot thank them enough...the service at CalAlta and in particular these two genuine, honest and good people is GOLD!!! CalAlta will be receiving my business ALWAYS & I will (and have) recommended them not only to my friends but also to the dealership where I take my car for service :)! SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!! You will NOT be sorry!

Terrible Front desk costumer service excellent but that's about it , downstairs technicians a BIG zero . Went to fix a crack on my window but they did a poor job not being able to stop it. The technician drilled a hole to stop the crack but in the wrong place and at the end no results. Waist of time and money.

Every time I go to these guys I walk away wishing every other business was like them. Polite, efficient, excellent at what they do and the cheapest prices I can find. Even honored expired and encouraged coupon use!

I took my truck (2011 F-150 Platinum) to a popular chain to inquire about a chip on the windshield I had got while driving on the Deerfoot. Their apparent lack of knowledge of acoustic glass left me a little nervous especially after the tech admitted he was nervous to try to fix it. After a quick search on my phone for auto glass chip repair I noticed that Cal-Alta was not only among the cheapest it had by far the largest amount of positive feedback and happy reviews from customers. My own experience was great and leaves me adding positive review as well. The guys at Cal-Alta were fast and efficient. They provided friendly and professional service. The technician was knowledgable and courteous. I was happy to support a local, family-owned business and I'm sure another chip will take me back there soon.

I love this location. Always have fast service with great quality, price has always been lower then any other joint in town. I recently got an online coupon and it costed even less then it usually does. Five stars in my book, never going anywhere else so keep up the great work.
