Fun trip. The guide was very engaging and informative. If you go during the summer you will see lots of alligators. We saw and fed alligators, feral pigs, and raccoons. We ran into some turtles and nutria along the way. There was a beautiful blue heron walking the swamp and a bald eagle flying overhead. The flora was breathtaking. A good time to go is in June when it is not too hot. Charge your camera battery before you go. They do not allow smoking on the boat and everyone appreciated that.

Down in New Orleans with some friends for a long weekend and decided to check out a swamp tour. Booked a standard afternoon trip with a hotel pickup. The shuttle arrived on time and we took a comfortable 45 minute drive to the launch spot. Captain Henry gave a great tour and we saw egrets, blue heron, raccoons, a wild boar and a bunch of gators. Would recommend to anyone looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter.

Our Captain, Jacob, was GREAT! Very knowledgeable and informative. Beautiful scenery, fun boat ride, and neat creatures (alligators, racoons, a boar, baby snapping turtle, Apple Snail, Apple Snail eggs, Heron, cranes, banana spider). Highly recommend this tour!

About 2 hours of Swamp Tour with Capt. Gregg. He was absolutely hilarious! I would call this a must do if you are in the area, local or not. Boat tour is so safe you do not have to wear life vests, unless you choose to (children under 17 are supposed to.) Approximately $25 per person, safe for all ages: small children to older adults. We saw many birds, a couple of snakes, native insects and Capt. Gregg did amazing at answering questions and pointing things out with their names.

Took their swamp tour and it was good. The place is a little way out of town but that's expected for a swamp tour. The guide was very friendly with good knowledge about local wildlife. The alligators have grown used to the guides so they swam right up to the boat . Overall a very relaxing trip, enjoyed the stillness and the quiet of the Mississippi swamp. Tour lasted 2 hours but seemed to over real quick, cant wait to go back!

This tour was awesome. I've been on gator tours in Florida , and they cost us twice as much and were maybe half as fun. I forgot or guide's name, but he was great. We saw so many alligators on this tour, and even a hog. This was a great value; it cost us the same as dinner at a decent restaurant and my kids will remember this forever. I highly recommend them, especially if you have kids.

We took the swamp tour with Captain Ryan, and had a blast. It's hard to believe you can see wild alligators so close, and in such numbers. The swamp was beautiful, and Captain Ryan was a fun and entertaining guide. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting New Orleans.
