Less calorie diet

This theory is based on the assessment of the food calories and provides daily acceptance of a certain number of calories. The benefit of this diet is the implementation of the idea of ​​greater consumption of fruits and vegetables because they are less caloric.

But there is a negative effect - this diet does not contain adequate amounts of animal protein, so until you get used to eating natural carbohydrates and vegetable protein, can feel weakness and fatigue that will make you apathetic.

Foods with a low glycemic index 

This is a diet based on accelerated exchange of substances, which hypothetically recommended by doctors. Foods are divided into appropriate - those that do not increase blood sugar after their digestion, and inadequate supplies - those with a high glycemic index. Overall food is measured in so-called glycemic factor, in accordance with determining the daily norms. Positive in this diet is that you use the entire product - wholegrain rather than refined and processed. The disadvantages stem from this weight loss promise you that you’ll lose five pounds in less than ten days - which is not healthy. Side effects come from developing possible fears for consumption of certain products.

Overall this diet is too strict and not recommended to be practiced in full!

Diet according to blood group 

Depending on the blood group, foods are separated on recommended , neutral and problematic. The one who accepts only recommended and neutral supplies – is reducing weight, because the body gets rid of excess fat and toxins.

Lack of this diet is that depending on the blood group there are excluded foods which is in principle healthy. People with blood group zero, for example, should avoid - buckwheat, oats, wheat and oranges.
