Last month's Fast & Furious Forks cooking competition was a ton of fun. The winning sous chef/pastry chef duo and their assistants walked away with some pretty great prizes. A special thank you to our manufacturer partners Globe Food Equipment Co. and Hamilton Beach Commercial for really driving the competition, and to John Boos & Co. for sending all participants home feeling loved. We appreciate you!

Caribbean305, an event highlighting the art of Caribbean cooking, took place last Saturday in Miami, FL. Chef teams representing 16 different Caribbean nations competed in cooking and bartending competitions in the days leading up to the event and cooked for Caribbean305. This was the first year C&T Branch Manager Adam Shepard was involved. Adam organized a training at Irinox headquarters before the main event on methods that make cooking for the masses easier with manufacturer partners Robot Coupe (prep), RATIONAL(cooking with a combi), Fusion Chef (sous vide), Henkelmans (vacuum packing), and Irinox (blast chilling). What a fun event! Read more here: http://www.c-tdesign.com/industry-blog/caribbean305-in-miami
