What doesn't destroy me, makes me stronger - Nietzsche
Creativity and fun brings me joy. Bike riding is my favorite activity and touring Greater Downtown Detroit and other areas is always fun and interesting. Researching my maternal ancestors has taken me on a fascinating journey and is the most enriching activity I've ever done. Blogging allows me to express myself creatively, to track interesting global trends, to display my Polyvore fashion sets and new fashion finds; and it also gives me a place to document my research by writing articles about my ancestors and making visual posts about the history surrounding them.
