I wish I could do two reviews - one for service and regular menu items, and another for brunch. The service and regular menu get five stars but brunch gets only one. We've gone to brunch three different times, one major holiday and two random visits, and they have been unable to keep the options stocked on all three occasions. While there are many tasty options on the buffet, you don't actually have much to pick from because most everything is empty.

Very Excellent. Staff, Brook, Sid and Nate were so accomodating..Great late happy hour offers 9pm till close and the flatbread was great. I had a very dirty Martini...3 olives and the guacamole with chips was perfect. This was on a Thursday ad not so crowded.I dont like over crowded resturants and this is a big place so I was lleased that I missed the rush before 9pm. They really went extra mile and in such an easy an natural way. Limiited menje after 9pm was a good variety and very nicely presented. I Say EXPERIENCE THE CRAVE!

The fact that there were very few people there when we arrived should have warned us that this is not a popular location for the Brunch Buffet. If you are counting carbs, count this location out. I found very few low carb items. Even the OVERCOOKED TILAPIA was cooked with a fruit sauce. The website says they have sausage links, BUT NOT TODAY. No ham, either. The "carving station", in honor of St. Patrick's Day, which is tomorrow, was a delicious corned beef, but not what I expect at a carving station! The server was not overly attentive, in fact, she was a hint below average. The scrambled eggs were delicious. Considering they were served on a buffet, they were better than average. The hash browns were far too cool to be a hot food. In fact they more closely resembled chilled, by the time my husband sat down to eat them. The bacon is high quality, slightly thicker sliced, which was quite good and very meaty with very little fat. There was no strata, which the website states they serve. There were no pastries, as the website says there is, but the coffee cake was lemon/blueberry and very fresh. The bagel station consists of several types of bagels and a couple of flavors of cream cheese. The problem is nothing by the bagel and coffeecake is marked so you are guessing at the flavor. It appeared one cream cheese was chive and one was plain while the other was a cinnamon. I did not try the first two but my husband said the cinnamon was quite good. The lettuce for the salad was very fresh but served spilling from a basket onto a tablecloth (intentionally) so it was room temperature, where I prefer a chilled salad. There were one or two pasta salad options, which (again) I did not try. They also had a pork or chicken dish with pasta (my husband was unable to identify whether it was pork or chicken even after tasting it). There were no seafood options. Nothing at all. Not a single shrimp, nor crab salad, nothing to make me want to return. There was not even lox for the bagels! I guess the best part of the entire meal is that we only paid $6 at the restaurant for both of us. We had a coupon from Living Social for $30 worth of food and beverage which cost us $15, add that to the $6 we paid at the buffet and we left after eating enough to satisfy us but not enough to make us want to go back. When I want a buffet brunch I will return to one of the West Omaha locations, such as Granite City or Marriott Regency, where I can depend on the quality of the food and the menu choices containing many low-carb options.

Had a very tasty turkey with avocado burger today with coucous salad. Everything was delicious. Great service with a busy business lunch crowd. I'm always pleased with the food and have always had a good experience with the sushi.

I've tried CRAVE three times and each time my experience was not good. After hearing such buzz about CRAVE as the "it" place to go in mid-town I've been anxious to try it out for some time. The 1st time I stopped in (December) we were seated at a table directly next to the entrance. Service was really slow. The 2nd time we used Open Table to make a reservation before a concert in Omaha (February). After getting their early (and attempting to grab a drink at the bar, which took 20+ minutes) the hostess told us that we didn't have a table and again were sat at the table next to the entrance. We ordered sushi which took the better part of an hour to arrive and when it finally did the eel sauce drizzled on top of our rolls had almost completely absorbed in to the rice, the cooked rolls were ice cold. The 3rd (and final time) I was told the pizza oven was not working so flat-breads and pizza's were off the menu. I ordered a cocktail and was told they were out of ingredients to make it. At the end of our meal we asked the server for separate tickets as we had Living Social deal that we'd purchased; he said no problem. A few minutes later the manager stopped by our table and let us know that we couldn't use them since they were only good one per table. Fine, no big deal. I took the opportunity to explain the other times I'd been to CRAVE and the poor experiences that I've had he raised his voice to me and basically laughed off my concerns. He was completely rude and condescending. I'll never be back to CRAVE and have asked for a refund from Living Social for the deal I purchased online!

On Nov 23rd, we invited 3 of our friends to Crave to celebrate our anniversary. We arrived early and the waiter asked if we wanted to order appetizers as we waited. We said yes but before we could order he was gone and didn't come back until our friends arrived. That should have been our first warning. We ordered dinner. My partner ordered the rib eye and when he started to eat it everything on the plate was cold. We sent it back but by that point he did not trust that they would prepare it properly and made them take it away. Since he didn't eat because of their error, they could have at least removed the meal from our check. However, they did not. I paid it without saying anything because they ruined our anniversary celebration as it was. I didn't want to end the night by having to get into an argument with the managers. We will never go back to this restaurant again. We will definitely warn our friends to never go back there.
