I wonder where that guy with the money is? I'll have to Google him.

I take umbrage to people who center only on themselves.
I take umbrage to the following things: When my shows get erased on T.V. before I watch them. I have a few select shows that I wait for the perfect time to settle in and just watch! I only watch t.v. certain times of the we...

Those look so delicious! Congratulations to your friend on her little one. I'm sure this will be a great celebration.

Thanks for leaving the link to Kahu Lyons Na'one. I really liked reading what he had to say. So interesting.
Today I paid a visit to my friend, Simone. She is from Brazil. and is the best cook ever! Everytime I go to her house she gives me something she has made. So as you can imagine, I go and visit as often as I can! Today was no ...

Let's hope both your babies grow up to be fans! Congrats on baby #2.
I’ve gone to two baseball games this week that went into extra innings. Last night I was at the Giant’s 12th inning close loss, and on Saturday I was at a River Cat’s minor league game where they won in the 18th inning. Needl...

I saw it, but right now I can't even remember if I liked it or not. The mind is blitzed.

I've even received alerts, and when I track them down, I find out my books are free. It may be the same site.
Yesterday I came across a forum where a few people were trying to find my book for free. They wanted a free download. Way down the list of replies --many of

I don't know of this movie, but you've made me interested in finding out about it. Thanks so much.
Ofelia is the child protagonist in the Spanish movie ‘Pan’s Labyrinth’- a compelling allegorical story with mythological background. It seemingly is a fairy tale for adults as the violence content of the movie is not really a...

On AtoZ today, I doubled down and not only visited my usual sites, but tried to see all the (TR) ones, too. Travel blogs are always so interesting.
Join in the fun!  It only takes a minute to visit more on AtoZers on the Linky. My theme this year is Burma AKA Myanmar. I used to live in Laos, so this was a return to Southeast Asia that I looked forward to. I s...

Story
Tagline
Writer here! Young Adult and Middle Grade fiction.
Introduction
I call myself C. Lee McKenzie, a writer who works at capturing the pulse of adolescent confusion in my Young Adult (YA) fiction. I also love to write Middle Grade (MG) adventure fantasy.

My published work is Sliding on the Edge, The Princess of Las Pulgas, and Double Negative--all YA.  Alligators Overhead is my first MG, but I have a sequel on the way.

I have short stories in anthologies and they get recognition with 4 and 5 stars, so that's been a very nice boost for this writer.

I'm a native Californian who loves to travel, but also loves to come home. When I'm not writing, I'm hiking along my favorite mountain trails, digging in my garden or greeting the sun with a few yoga salutations. How lucky I am to have this life and these pursuits.

Bragging rights
Have three Young Adult Novels out to good reviews, Sliding on the Edge, The Princess of Las Pulgas, and Double Negative. My first Middle Grade novel titled Alligators Overhead is out and Kirkus Reviews gave this one a lovely thumbs up! I have two Young Adult short stories published in two different anthologies: The First Time and Two and Twenty Dark Tales.
