Our first issue of Volume 89 is now available in print and electronic formats. Issue 1 focuses on Aberrant Contracts (e.g., payday loans, rent-to-own agreements, and other fringe economy lending vehicles) and analyzes the various types of aberrant contracts along with the debates for and against such contracts.
