Making selections in Photoshop gets easier with each passing year thanks to better tools. But, there are times when more precise selections are needed, most notably when there’s hair or fur involved in the photograph you’re trying to cut out. For times like these, more robust means of selection are required. To help show off [...]

I would give it 4 stars...but just barely. The location is perfect. You are walking distance to Balboa Island and a bike ride to Corona Del Mar. We had one of the Villas, which are a very nice private room, with kitchen, dining room and are own pool. This part was great. The room decor is a bit dated but everything was very clean. My only major gripe was that in these rooms you have a room above you and they are wood structures. In other words, any type of walking from your upstairs neighbor is going to wake you immediately. Great place for kids too as they had a small water slide as well.

I have known Dr. Bob for years as a patient and a friend. Although I live down in OC, I can safely say that if I lived in the Santa Cruz area, this is where we would do our family dental services. Dr. Bob is patient and takes his time to explain everything. Definitely puts a patient at ease and this is coming from a person that is normally very anxious around dental procedures. Big thumbs up as I cannot recommend Dr. Bob and his staff more.

Extremely tired. Front desk was horrible and non helpful. Be aware that if you have any pet allergies there are dogs all over the place. Found out too late that they allow them on floors 2 and 3. Room was missing a remote for the TV. Elevators are slow. Pool is very tired. Okay if you can get for $99. But do not expect much. This is not a 5 star Marriott property. About 90 minutes from Sequoia (General Sherman) tree from park to hotel.

Outstanding. Been coming here for over 20 years now. But don't take my word for it. He has been cutting hair in Corona Del Mar since 1967. That is a lot of haircuts.

Horrible. This is not the place you want to go to if you want decent Mexican food. Came home feeling like something died in me. Perhaps I will be better tomorrow but I will not be back again. And to make matters worse, there prices are not inexpensive either. Definitely on the higher side. I cannot dis-recommend this place enough.

What an amazing and special place. Cannot wait to come back and visit. This is about 15 minutes just south of Carmel, above the highway and overlooking the water. It is not technically on the water, but it has fabulous views and the rooms are extremely spacious. We were treated like royalty. Additionally, we were able to borrow bikes for the day and bring them down to the 17 mile drive for a great day of biking and enjoying the scenery. Cannot recommend this place more highly.
