Bush gave billions of dollars in grants to oil companies atop their record profits to research new energy sources.

I haven't seen one roll into production.

Saw grass seems to have bombed. Clean coal bombed.  They weren't supposed to make bombs.

Like you point out, they were supposed to find new, preferably renewable, fuel sources. They should give the grant money back to the American people. Or, Bush should, if he was the decider—and he said he was.

Perhaps what bugs Romano the most is that so many people told him the bullying tweets weren't a big deal. "They almost feel like it's part of life today and it doesn't have to be," he said. http://cbsn.ws/1DBKVaU
"I have more respect for the insurgents I fought in Iraq than I do for the people behind this Twitter account," vents Mass. principal Joshua Romano

Isn't that the definition of a bully?
The quotes in article sounded like he was laying out the truth.
