We've had a lot of conversations lately making sure our potential customers are comparing apples to apples.

Our Managed IT Services are all inclusive even onsite and offsite backups.

Proposing such a thing as optional for an extra fee would be like buying a new car with tires that can't be re-inflated if they go flat.

Where is the integrity?

This is a question we ask ourselves when we see news articles about local a Calgary based IT provider withholding passwords to one of it's customers during the course of a business dispute.

Here is our take on the subject: We can't understand what a dispute would have to do with the core functionality of a business. While we've never had a relationship sour to this point... if to were to happen, there are proper channels to follow to resolve disputes. Dangling the keys is simply not one of them.

We provide all network documentation to all of our customers as a standard code of conduct, it's about professional integrity as well as business continuity. We never turn our back on a customer... period.
