I focus on disruptive change within large companies, the sort of change that creates corporate transformation in the medium or long term, and that is being experienced by a few companies today (early adopters). I bring corporate knowledge, new trend expertise (on Enterprise 2.0, for example, and more generally on disruptive change) together with academic learning and a research practice focused on the needs of the corporations I work with. Prior to creating my consulting practice Early Strategies, I worked for 20 years in executive and management roles in IBM, AT&T and GE. (http://fr.linkedin.com/in/ceciledemailly)
