Diesel cars are really smelly, smoky and sluggish? That’s in the past. The 2015 Golf TDI Clean Diesel is, however, a lot of fun. #VDubLove

Great Question!

How many states have you driven your VW through?

Tweaks to the 2014 Volkswagen Touareg have been announced at the Auto China show in Beijing, with engines improved to meet new emissions standards and a new lower grille to match its badass hot-hatch sibling the Scirocco.

I worked with Rick Dolliver to get myself into my new Jetta S. Overall great experience and the dealership is beautiful. I loved the waiting area and the friendliness of the employees.

A hybridized Golf GTI could be coming to a showroom near you, provided you're living in Europe near the end of 2015. Using the same powertrain as the Audi A3 e-tron, could the so-called Golf GTE be a fun hybrid?

I came in to check out a used 2012 Mazda 3 hatchback 6-speed in a nice shade of blue. It was my first choice to start off a potential long weekend of car shopping. Connor was very informative and provided a casual test drive experience, not pushing to talk price right away. After further discussion and reviewing the CarFax report, Jay joined in the conversation to negotiate price. They were reasonable and we were able to reach an agreement after some back and forth, which saved me from having to go to other dealers that day. Be an educated buyer and know what you want and you'll have a great experience!

The staff did an absolutely fantastic job helping me find a car for me and then working out a doable price, the whole process from me browsing to driving off the lot only took a few days. Ro, Jay and Victoria specifically were incredible. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a new 2016 Golf R from Colonial VW. These are very rare, incredible cars. I was worried no one would find me one, after a few other dealers couldn't be bothered to even try and help me out. Colonial immediately contacted me and located the exact one I was looking for. I worked with Pierre on the sale and it was a very easy transaction, and I even had a trade in with the process. Pierre kept me updated when we were waiting for the R to be delivered so I was never left wondering when my new car was going to arrive. I live in Maine so I had to travel a decent distance, but it was well worth it and I'm a very satisfied customer. Now I get to enjoy my new awesome ride on all my adventures. Couldn't be happier with my experience!

I have to say my experience with this dealer was the worst ever in my years of shopping for cars!!! I left the dealer today in tears, NEVER did I feel so betrayed and ripped off by dealer like today. Bob the service manager had me waiting 3 hours today, to tell me NO, I can't help you. I honestly would tell anyone to please have your car checked by someone other than this service department before purchasing any of their used vehicles. I was sold a new used car with tires that 3 months into my purchase, have to be changed bc they were to cheap and dishonest to replace them before my purchase. The worst part is that Bob the service manager told me today... "We replaced your brakes". Basically, in a nut shell they sold me a car with tires that were old, I trusted they were in great condition. But they weren't and know I have to deal changing them when I should be enjoying my new car with new tires. Hard lesson learned you can't trust NONE of these PEOPLE at COLONIAL VOLKSWAGEN!!!!! ESPECIALLY BOB who allowed a vehicle to leave the lot with not only an old cabin air filter but 4 old tires. They have NO CONSIDERATION for their customer and their satisfaction. ALL they care about is numbers and MONEY$$$$$$!!!!!!! HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!!!!

in all my years of servicing vehicles Colonial is by far the most honest and efficient service i have ever experienced. when i go there, i trust them thoroughly, but they have a video multi point check that goes directly to my phone so i can and understand everything and make an educated, informed decision. wouldn't go anywhere else

Nice people and I am sure they mean no harm. But when you look to buy an expensive used car a few years old you have to look at everything including brake light installation. Also, make sure you get a car fax and dont settle for less. Two years after warranty has ended I find out it got in an accident before I got it. What was a normal brake light fixed was a serious 140.00 entire back light etc. 110 to replace the light and socket and 30 for the work. Someone had threw an old bulb in and then literally epoxyed it back on so it was eve more effort to get to the brakelight. Check everything every npok and cranny of your used vehicle and make sure there is no abnormal body work!

Conner was very friendly and pleasant with lots of patience,he went over everything answered any questions I had. He wasn't pushy and I would refer others to deal with him as a salesman. I absolutel love my Jeep liberty that I got and would definitely look here first in the future. Thanks so much. SB

I bought a car with Colonial in July. I was looking for a specific model and trim level and was shopping around with various dealers in a 150 mile radius. Colonial stepped up and gave me a good price and sourced a car from Pennsylvania that was 90% of what I was looking for. I had my eyes set on a rare Limited Edition, and the only attribute I couldn't get was the interior color. I love the car and I'm happy with the purchase. Colonial is clean and airy inside. There's a large waiting area and vending machines, as well as a cell phone charging station. This dealership has good amenities and it's a comfy place if you have to wait for a ride, or you're hanging out while your oil is changed, or if you're waiting for paperwork to process (which doesn't take very long anyway). Nathan Lepkham, my salesman, was the best part of the Colonial experience. He's laid-back, easy to talk to, and seems to connect well with his customers. He went above and beyond and came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly when I signed the paperwork. He even offered to give me a ride home, which would have been a 2-hour round trip for him on his day off after spending a couple of hours at the dealership with me. What a guy. Overall, Colonial did a nice job and were pretty straightforward. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Aside from a few miscommunications in the process with another member of the sales staff, they gave me a good experience and I would recommend Colonial to my friends. Without those miscommunications, they'd get 5 stars.
