My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Colonial Nissan of Medford! while recently shopping for a new car. All the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Although we went with a specific car in mind that we spoke with Blanca Escobar, they were very thorough and informative in helping us choose the right vehicle. Just bought a 2016 Rogue. Extremely happy with my car! A young girl named Kathy and a friendly gentlemen named vinny helped me and my husband out. They both were very patient and answered all our questions. Excellent customer service, excellent experience! Thank you guys!

Chris the salesman is a total dbag. We were ready to buy a murano but apparently their second agendas got in the middle and they really needed to get their 2016 rogues sold. The 'you can't afford that car' type of guy... Within 1minute we were ready to leave.

Vinny, the floor manager was extremely helpful and professional and made the car buying experience a pleasure. I originally was going to get rid of my car but we ended up trading in both our cars and buying a brand new fully loaded Pathfinder. We are overall very pleased with the purchase and we got a great deal. Thank you Colonial Nissan!

I was having car troubles with an almost 10 year old Nissan Murano. I have been considering getting a new car for a few months now. Jimmy, the head of service there, was great in telling us what was going on with my old car and turned us over to Papa Nilo. I had a certain color that was very hard to find. He searched for days and what confident he could get me what I wanted. After many phone calls he called and said he found the one I wanted. He also let me test drive the car a few times which was great because when you are dishing out money for a car you need to be nothing more than certain that you love it. He walked me through what the car had and everything that I had to do. I would totally recommend working with him and seeing him again. He made my experience a great one. I think he was just as happy and excited as I was about my new car, which is great to see!

(This review is for the service department). Let's face it, nobody likes bringing their car in for service anywhere because that means there's a problem and that's money you need to spend. The team at the service department has always been extremely accommodating, polite, and helpful. I would go out of my way to bring my Nissan here, even when it's not the closest Nissan dealership. Re: reviews regarding sweepstakes - so it was a failed marketing gimmick, don't let that deter you from having your Nissan serviced here.

I wish I could be able to not even give this place one star. I bought my car not even 5 months ago and I have driven there more than 10 times. Mind you I live in Brockton and I am constantly having to commute to deal with these people. I just bought my car and already the breaks which are supposedly "brand new" are giving me problems and making constant noise. Just for the breaks I've brought it there 2 times and they still sound the same. These people are a buch of crooks. You would think they'd be embarrassed by me coming over 10 times, but obviously they still try and scam you. I would never recommend anyone to get a car from here or any Nissan for that matter because it seems like all of them just want to take your money.

im really sorry what I said before, I was really wrong!!! jim the front desk guy, his working hard to fix my Car, it's not easy when it is transmission and I was so nervous. Thank you guys and one more time I'm really sorry what I said before!!!
