Thank you for bringing our membership representative’s unprofessional remark to our attention. I can only apologize once more and assure you that this is not how our employees normally conduct themselves. This is an isolated incident, and the matter was addressed with the representative’s manager.
We acknowledge time has passed since your initial posting. We were working with your company and your customer, in attempts to mediate your complaint to a successful resolution. We realize your customer was not satisfied with how you addressed his issues, but he appreciated the time you took personally to speak to him directly.
Our purpose is to try to assist in the resolution of complaints and to use the complaint experience to opine on the reliability of any business. We provided a forum for your customer to communicate his experience.
