Excellent help resolving the issues that needed attention. I tried for 2 years with the company which was giving me a hard time and running me in circles. Just telling the company that I was filing a complaint got them to move their butts. Within 2 days after contacting the Business Consumer Alliance it was resolved. Thank you to the Business Consumer Alliance.

These people just called my store with a complaint from a customer. When I told the guy I would not be commenting due to the fact that we already fully took care of the customer he yelled "You're a B***H!" and hung up on me. I do not know what kind of fake agency this is but I can't imagine that they have any sort of credibility with employees or responses like that. **EDIT: I did call and speak to a kind woman and said she would be speaking with his manager. Hopefully in their case this is just a matter of one bad employee.

Thank you for bringing our membership representative’s unprofessional remark to our attention. I can only apologize once more and assure you that this is not how our employees normally conduct themselves. This is an isolated incident, and the matter was addressed with the representative’s manager. We acknowledge time has passed since your initial posting. We were working with your company and your customer, in attempts to mediate your complaint to a successful resolution. We realize your customer was not satisfied with how you addressed his issues, but he appreciated the time you took personally to speak to him directly. Our purpose is to try to assist in the resolution of complaints and to use the complaint experience to opine on the reliability of any business. We provided a forum for your customer to communicate his experience. Business Consumer Alliance is a national reporting agency that has provided over 10 million reports this year alone. The reports we provide are dynamic and informative which includes the rating, industry trends, complaint experience, and reviews that provide the public a solid perspective about the business they are inquiring about. Our reports prove invaluable to both businesses and consumers alike when searching for reputable and reliable companies. Sincerely, Linda Fernandez Vice President of Customer Service & Arbitration
