Fantasizing about climbing inside this bag? We understand, but it's probably better to get line. #burgerjointnyc   #getinline   #fryday

Loved the surprise of such a joint inside an upscale hotel, loved the atmosphere, no frills. And the burger, ah! the burger. Juicy and tasty just the way it should be.

Tasty, but I don't want to wait so long for a burger. The 8th street location was just as good I think, but more spacious and less hole in the wall.

A cheap little hidden place, simply named “Burger Joint” which is hidden behind a large curtain in the lobby of Le Parker Meridien hotel located in Midtown Manhattan. The hotel doesn't advertise the existence of the Burger Joint but it is there and what a wonderful find it is. if you find it you will get a mouth watering burger. They are juicy and big.the rolls are fresh and there are long lines so don't go hungry waiting. I visited this place with my son. You have to wait on top of people to get a seat. I was not happy to find a party of 2 playing cards at one of the booths and totally not getting up for customers. The staff doesn't know of this---nor does anyone clean off the tables.

As if straight out of an old SNL skit, I was looking forward to getting harrassed by the folks behind the counter, even baiting them with "I'll take a Bud Light" and getting "NO! Sam Adams!" This is an excellent, no-frills, greasy, two option burger place (either with or without cheese). But man, are those burgers delicious. Although the line may seem long by the curtain leading into the purposefully seedy appearing 1980s tv show set of a restaurant, it moves pretty fast -- just make sure to bring a friend and make them snag a table while you wait in line. The fries were akin to McDonald's crack and left me wanting more. Only suggestion would be to add some sort of tobasco or cholula to the tables for us spice-heads. Definitely coming back...with more cash for a double order.

A hidden gem in NYC! A burger joint hidden inside the fancy Le Parker Meridien Hotel, serving up some juicy burgers. Better get there early or be prepared to wait in line.

People say this is where you can get the best burger in NYC. I don't think so. I got the Cheeseburger with the works, but I've definitely had a better burger at Shake Shack or LT Burger. Not all that everyone hype this up to be.
