An incredible post and video about one of the prettiest places in Zion that you've probably never heard of, Heaps Canyon. Take a look and remember there would be no better place to lay your head after a 15 hour canyon like Heaps than Bumbleberry Inn.
Heaps Canyon in Zion National Park is the quintessential canyoneering experience. Heaps is no hike it’s one of the hardest most challenging canyons in Zion

Heard of Kanarra Creek that sits right next to the Kolob Canyon section of Zion? If you're looking for a new adventure then we'd highly suggest it.
Kanarra Creek Falls We where at this falls on the second day of our photo tour. The hike to this beauty is not so long, you don't need to gain an elevation or scramble on some rocks, also you don't need to bush-walk at all. Only one thing that you need to do in order to get there - to wade in a shallow creek for about a mile or so. But in our case in the beginning of November it was ice-cold water!!!! Thanks god we had a wading neoprene socks, s...

The location was great. We were close to shuttles for Zion and many restraunts. The room was ok. The coffee pot and area was covered in dust. The floors could have used a good cleaning. We could not reach the front desk after 9pm except in an emergency using an antiquated phone. We had a nice little patio area outside our room. Staff was pleasant but had a discrepancy between amount charged by priceline and the hotel.

What a great place to stay by Zion National Park! Talk about an awesome property all the way around from the pool to the rooms. Please try the PIE HOLES (Bumbleberry) when you stay with them.

The Bumbleberry Inn was the perfect hotel for what myself, my wife and my 10-year-old daughter wanted in a hotel near Zion - small, affordable, centrally located, clean, with a pool, a nice gift shop, and a view. We did not want a great big, high $$$, 5-star, room service, white glove resort, a B&B, nor a small chain motel. We arrived just before 3 and got a second-story room overlooking the pool my daughter could not wait to dive into. The pool was clean, warm, uncrowded and ready to go.

We stayed here for one night to visit ZION NP. The room was very nice and the bathroom was clean. We had a double queen. There is a pool our two kids loved it. The staff was very friendly but the desk is not open around the clock. If you stay here go to Wildcat Willies for eating.

Weary from our travels, we booked into what looked to be a lovely place on their website. Sadly our room was lacking in upkeep. I went to sit down and rest but the chairs were so stained and dirty I would not even have put my purse on it. The veneer on the bathroom door was pealed off quite considerably, one of the three mirror lights worked, carpet was stained and in some parts unraveling. Hand cream was half used. Coffee filter was still in the coffee maker from the last person. Lastly, my sleep was uncomfortable to say the least due to the sheets not fitting the damn bed! The corners kept coming off and it looked like they had shrunk or were just too small. I was told that the Mayor of Springdale owns the Inn and I would like to tell him that if I was judging him on his motel, he would not get my vote! The only good thing about this place was the situation and the people who owned the little farm next door.

We checked in and went to an event. First we found out that we had been told there were no first floor rooms, even tho I am disabled. Our room was on the second floor in a separate building from the second room we had book. No one offered to get us a room on a ground floor even tho it was requested. No elevator and no handicapped parking near the door nearest to our room and steps leading up to the first floor plus another set to the second. Returning at 9:30, we found no blankets or covers for our bed, (this is January). Tried the front desk but it was all locked as was the linen room. Trying to locate the night manager was impossible via the hotel phone and we had to use our cell phone. He was not impressed and after some delay brought us two additional blankets. Tried to use the Wi-Fi with no success at all, for the entire length of our stay (3 full day and a morning). No remote for the television and the channels were almost impossible to see for the 'snow'. Our teenager was most unhappy he couldn't access anything on his mobile phone while in the hotel nor watch television. The beds were comfortable. The scenery incredible. A small land area has small ponies, goats and water fowl. Oh yes, only one garbage container in the entire room, no note pad, pencil or any type of stationary. My shoulders and neck are very sore from all the stairs and the walking to get to our room. Won't stay there again.

We recently stayed at the Bumbleberry on a trip to Zion znd Bryce National Parks. The free Shuttle bus stops at the front of the property and takes you to the Park's visitor center to get the bus into the park. The bus run from early morning until late evening making it unnecessary to drive your car to the park. There are a good variety of restaurants and shops in Springdale all within walking distance of the Bumbleberry. Our room was very clean and had a patio overlooing the mountains across the strees with a table and chairs for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset.

I know the rates are pretty good, but there is a lot of compitition in this tiny town and the Bumbleberry needs to step it up. I have never seen a dropped panel ceiling in a bathroom before. The shower curtin was mildewed, and the ice bucket was dirty inside. The sliding glass door out to the parking lot ( no screen on the door) stuck and was difficult to latch. Not a real secure feeling. The air conditioner vent blows directly onto the bed and there is no window to open to vent the room. It looks like they have painted the rooms fairly recently but if they want to keep up with all the newer motels and inns in the valley they really have to think about a makeover. The resturant on the front of the property, Wildcat Willies is great. Fantastic breakfast for only $3.99, and great burgers also. A little pricey but it is a vacation spot so what do you expect.
