There is no denying the beauty of Quang Binh Province from the air. Here you can see the river valleys surrounded by limestone karsts.

But he is a bigger liar and cheat than he admitted... Who cares. Move on. Feds accusing Lance Armstrong of greater deception than he admitted is the pot calling the kettle black. Don't we have something better to spend our taxpayer money on?

Check out this article from USA TODAY:

Feds say Lance Armstrong continues to hide the truth

The first free weekend to myself in a very long time. I was going to download a movie from iTunes and watch it at leisure.  Regrettably, sharks or some other nefarious creature of the deep, has cut the undersea cable reducing my bandwidth, and ability to download Interstellar, the movie I wanted to rent. #firstWorldProblemsinathirdWorldCountry

After the North Vietnamese captured it in May 1972, we bombed the bejesus out of it with B-52 airpower, amongst other weapons. That would account for the memorial that now lies in the center of the ancient citadel.

I survived a week at home alone. It was touch and go the first couple of days until I found a hidden cabinet in the kitchen with a cache of unopened cereal and UHT milk. It got me through those last couple of days before my wife got back home.

This is an excellent choice if you are looking for an elegant, clean and reasonably priced Vietnamese restaurant. The venue is set in a rennovated French-style villa just north of the old citadel's north gate. The high, vaulting ceilings and antique-style decor create a warm atmosphere, great for evening dining. The selection of food is outstanding, with dishes from regions of the north, central and south Vietnam. Bar none, this is my favorite Veitnamese restuarant in Hanoi.
