The white pith in the peel of citrus has 35-45% pectin that removes heavy metals ingested via foods, dental amalgam (50% mercury in it) fillings, air and water.  When you eat citrus next time you can eat the white pith too to get more benefits..., you can try remove only the outer layer, while leaving most of the white pith.  This way, you get more phytonutrients and pectin to detox naturally.

Pectin is a type of viscous dietary fiber that reduces the glycemic response of foods by delaying gastric emptying and therefore delaying absorption of glucose by the body. Pectin also plays a role in normalizing blood lipid levels, especially cholesterol.

Thousands of papers (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18242837) have been published about using citrus peels to purify wastewater from heavy metals contamination. We get lots of heavy metals from water and even air - due to coal fired plants mercury-cadmium-arsenic air pollution traveling from China to other countries, China being number 1 coal user. Many root vegetables from China (where soil is very rich is heavy metals) that are sold as fresh produce all over the world (ginger for example) have high heavy metals.  In 2013 California sued (http://www.mercurynews.com/ci_23366231/lead-tainted-ginger-case-state-sues-trader-joes) some grocery chains for selling Chinese ginger candies with 7 times above safe level in lead.  China is weak when it comes to enforcing environmental regulations still.  That's why it's best to try to detox naturally by eating more pectin from fruits that have pectin.  You never know how much Lead your diet has today, since you don't measure blood heavy metals level every month.

Strawberries were found to have insoluble fiber that removes 95% of mercury  and apples and bananas have pectin too, helping with heavy metal detox.  These are very easy ways to detox without having to add pectin powder to your diet (you can buy pectin from the supermarket).

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pectin has more on pectin.  Pectin is a bio polymer of (among other constituents) D-galacturonic acid.

Typical levels of pectin in plants are (fresh weight):

apples, 1–1.5%
apricots, 1%
cherries, 0.4%
oranges, 0.5–3.5%
carrots approx. 1.4%
►►► citrus peels, 30%, white pith of the peels 35-45% ◄◄◄

Among vegetables, carrots contain one of the highest pectin contents with 0.576 gram per large carrot. Tomatoes and potatoes are also high in pectin. One medium tomato contains 0.369 gram of pectin, while a medium white potato contains 0.639 gram. Peas contain one of the highest pectin concentrations among legumes with 0.96 gram per 1-cup serving.

It costs us nothing to eat more white pith that we would normally trash anyway. :)  If you want to detox faster, you can eat more cilantro too, for a huge list of cilantro health benefits see ► https://plus.google.com/+AlexP/posts/5s5Fv7UDoUh.

PS: some areas use chemtrails to generate rain or deflect solar heat, and chemtrails are known to have Silver Iodide (used in 2016 in Los Angeles ► http://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-ln-l-a-officials-seeded-clouds-during-el-nino-storm-in-hopes-of-more-rain-20160308-story.html), Aluminum and Barium sometimes, which were shown to be toxic when ingested via polluted air, water, crops.  Even ginkgo biloba Chinese herb was found to have high Lead sometimes and even some organic superfoods or protein mixes were found to have heavy metals 100 times higher than fruits.  So, one has to be careful, because unless you have a lab to detect metals in food, you don't know how much heavy metal intake you got.  Just because something is sold by Whole Foods doesn't mean it cannot be loaded with heavy metals.

The Baatara gorge sinkhole

The Baatara gorge sinkhole (Balaa gorge waterfall) is a waterfall in the Tannourine, Lebanon.

The waterfall drops 255 metres (837 ft) into the Baatara Pothole, a cave of Jurassic limestone located on the Lebanon Mountain Trail.

Discovered in 1952 by French bio-speleologist Henri Coiffait, the waterfall and accompanying sinkhole were fully mapped in the 1980s by the Spéléo club du Liban. The cave is also known as the "Cave of the Three Bridges."[6] Traveling from Laklouk to Tannourine one passes the village of Balaa, and the "Three Bridges Chasm" (in French "Gouffre des Trois Ponts") is a five-minute journey into the valley below where one sees three natural bridges, rising one above the other and overhanging a chasm descending into Mount Lebanon. During the spring melt, a 90–100-metre (300–330 ft) cascade falls behind the three bridges and then down into the 250-metre (820 ft) chasm. A 1988 fluorescent dye test demonstrated that the water emerged at the spring of Dalleh in Mgharet al-Ghaouaghir.

The Android N developer preview is out and it gives us a sneak peek into what Android 7.0 will eventually look like when it arrives officially later this year. Of course, developer previews quite often contain features that won't make it to the final release, but there's still plenty to get excited about, so let's dive right in. Here are all the Android N features we're expecting to see, with a particular focus on what currently exists in the lat...

Brain Implant lets paralysed man move his hand with his thoughts
The NeuroLife Device:
The world-first device, called NeuroLife, allows the brain to communicate directly with muscles in paralysed limbs - effectively bypassing the damaged spinal cord altogether.

After a broken neck left him quadriplegic, lan Burkhart was told he would never be able to use his hands. Now he can grasp a bottle and pick up a credit card by using a computer plugged directly into his brain. Special software is able to decode his thoughts and convert them into electrical signals in his hand, bypassing the damaged nerves in his spine Now lan has regained an amazing degree of control over his hand, each movement stimulated by his own thoughts.

This spider is not-so-“itsy-bitsy”. A nebula known as “the Spider” glows fluorescent green and is clearly a site of star formation. Located about 10,000 light-years from Earth, our Spitzer Space Telescope sees these clouds of interstellar gas and dust where stars can form. Details: http://go.nasa.gov/1NqIrj1
