When I was a kid in the 70s, I was FASCINATED by dioramas. I used to steal my mom's plants and potting soil trying to make my own to her eternal chagrin. It looks like I am still a fan as I watched this video from start to finish completely oblivious to the outside world.
It's a shame...I could totally see this being my retirement hobby but my eyesight has degenerated too much for the detail work that is required...but I can still appreciate the skill and the beauty of the art form.

+Misha Burnett Just received the books and the custom book cover and it is spectacular! When I am back from the gym, I am going to clean off a flat space and take some proper pictures to share of this. #TheBookOfLostDoors series has always had a special place in my heart...now it also will have a special place in my bookcase as well.

It's strangely appropriate...when I started Catskinner's Book, I listened to them as an Audiobook that I could only listen too when I was at the gym and actively working out or cooling off. It was my carrot to get my health back on track. Now the print versions of the book arrive right when I am leaving to work out. Once again...I must lift heavy iron to earn the right to appreciate your work.
