The cabin is in The Sawtooths, but the view is actually of the White clouds mountain range... You can see the Luge hill in front if you look closely.

Big Question for heavy LinkedIn Users:  What options would you want in an ATS when it comes to marketing jobs automatically to LinkedIn?  What features below would you use?

Automatically Posting Jobs To:

1.  Your Stream
2.  Your Company Page Stream
3.  Groups
4.  Groups Jobs Sections
5.  Jobs (Official LinkedIn Jobs)
6.  Other??

Do you have any thoughts/ideas on how you would want this to work?

Hey Everyone, lets talk about Facebook.  Has anyone had true success recruiting on Facebook?  Honestly, I've never tried.  Maybe that's bad.  If you have had success with it, please share with all of us some tips/tricks!   Do you source directly and try to "Friend" people?  Do you use company pages and try to "drip" on prospects each day with content and job offers?  Whats the secret sauce?!   I know +Susan Wright-Boucher might have a few things to share....  :-)

Not so much sourcing (although Graph could be changing that) but we've found some really impressive results from the social job sharing features offered by Work4 on recently updated company branded fan pages. From a resource perspective they could prove infinitely more effective than stand alone career fan pages.

Want to run cBizOne or Exelare on an iPad? Now you can! This is of course in addition to our native iPad app.

Parallels got famous making virtualization software for Mac that let you run Windows Apps on your Mac. Then, last year they released Parallels Access, which...

Now THIS looks awesome...  They have an API for integrating with third party CRM or ATS systems.  Any Exelare clients out there think they would find a service like this useful?

Hey Everyone, awesome new developments in Exelare you don't want to miss!  Any of our Beta Testers out there want to get a sneak peek?  Let me know!  We have a few other surprises as well not mentioned here....

A little more of a "teaser" for what's in the works here at cBizSoft and with Exelare:

1.  Synonym Searching - We will maintain master synonym lists for all sorts of different purposes.  You'll be able to add/modify those lists yourself and also create your very own synonyms as well.

2.  New Job Posting Module - Quickly select 1 or multiple jobs and post to CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, or The Ladders.  Visual ques tell you if the job is already posted or not.  This is in addition to our already existing integrations with Indeed, SimplyHired & Glassdoor.

3.  Social Media Posting - Similar to the Job posting module.  Select one or multiple jobs and quickly share to LinkedIn (Stream & Groups!), Twitter & Facebook!

4.  More Reports - We are always adding more reports and dashboards.  Look for new Potential & Received reports.

All this is in the final stages of development & testing.  Can't wait to let you all test it out when its ready!

Attention Physician Recruiters!!   My team and I just recently completed our first version of our Physician Recruiting specific software platform.  All of the features, fields, etc... are tailored to Physician Recruiters specifically.  Its easy to track specialties, licenses and education background, all of your clients/facilities and much more.

I'm reaching out to see if there are any Physician Recruiters who might be interested in taking a look at it and providing us with your feedback?   We want to build something that benefits you specifically and isn't just another "general" platform you have to conform your business around.

Any  takers??

Location, patio, beer selection, ambience are all awesome. Seeing as how they have a monopoly on places to eat out in Harris ranch, they definitely aren't trying to wow you. Food selection extremely limited and all selections are heavy on bread or cheese or both. No good appetizers. Never innovate. If they didn't have a monopoly I don't think they would survive very long. I do loooove beers on the patio though. And they would get a ton more business from me if they simply changed their menu from time to time.
