This guy attempts to recreate an In-N-Out Animal-Style Double-Double using math.
Order In-N-Out's Double Double (two patties, two slices of cheese) Animal Style and the Double Double is brought to a whole new level: The onion slice gets replaced with a dollop of a sweet, darkly caramelized chopped onions, an extra stack of pickle chips goes underneath the tomato, and the patties get fried with mustard directly on the griddle. But while I've had my share of regular In-N-Out burgers, I've never had them Animal Style. That's som...

Very good Pad Thai. The place is nice and clean. It looks like they have a back room with more seating, but I didn't go back there. But back to the food, I ordered the chicken Pad Thai. They didn't ask how spicy I wanted it, but it came in at about a 5. The chicken was all good quality white meat, thinly sliced. The flavor was up there with the Amarin's of the world. For $8, the portion size was pretty good. I probably could have eaten a little more, but I definitely didn't need to. They are also on Eat24, so you can order from the Eat24 app.

Those bikes are amazing!! The owner (Matt) is probably the nicest person I've ever met! My in-laws were in town from Wisconsin for Christmas and we wanted to do something outdoors, so at Matt's suggestion we rented the bikes and took the ferry over to Coronado. My in-laws are in their late 50s and the electric assist on their bikes enabled them to keep up with us youngsters. Matt also suggested we have lunch on the outdoor patio of the Del. We definitely used the electric assists after eating too much ice cream after lunch. The in-laws said that it was the highlight of their trip! I would absolutely recommend E.B.C!

Excellent sushi! Very creative rolls. Including a section of bacon rolls and healthy rolls. I was hesitant with the bacon, but it tasted better than I thought. The bacon was very good quality. Not too crunchy, but definitely not under-cooked. Here are the rolls we had: BTA, Red Apple, Orange (Blossom ?), "tanned" red dragon roll. The only one we didn't really like was the tanned red dragon. We think that the "tanning" comes from a butane torch, because you can really taste the fuel on the fish. I deducted a star because they served their RED wine chilled! I had to hold each of our glasses for about 10 minutes before the wine tasted good. The cabernet was better than the pinot. But the glass was FULL!

We went there for lunch and it was fairly empty. So we had maybe 3 different waiters serving us. The Black Pepper crab was worth the money! Everything else was just descent.
