"These are the sorts of doors that artificial intelligence and quantum computing will open up." It seems to me we are at the cusp of one of the biggest changes in human history. We are used to communications getting faster all the time. What I think people fail to realize about quantum computing is that it isn't fast. It is instant. There is a huge apples and oranges difference between fast and instant. Instant exists outside of human reasoning of space-time.

When AI is married to quantum computing, we are going to live in an entirely new world. Whether we will be welcome there is a question I believe Musk is correct in asking.

I was taken by this flower while on a long hike. The center reminds me of the New Mexico Zia, as seen on the state flag, but here in Florida.
