This all started as an experiment to see if I 'could' pull it off for 30 days straight, and the effects it would have on the body. More for science than for health. But since then, I've had some regular food. I must say though, I've noticed that I tend to function a bit better on the days I go 100% soylent. I have a buddy of mine who does soylent for two meals and regular food for dinner. I've tended to go a few days on, with 1 or 2 days back on regular food, then back on soylent for a few days.
