Joined the New Britain Network Group today and met some wonderful business leaders! It was really great putting faces to the names of the business we frequent every day! Thanks to Broker Jody Gustin Viola for the invite!

Here is Liane prepping the families Central Communication Hub for photography. When the photo was taken, it all went back the way that we found it. Sometimes its those little things that really make a difference! #realestatephotography

Wow, we just love success stories like this. We photographed a home for Realtor® John Seidel for William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty the other day and low and behold, look what was in my inbox this evening!

"Hey Bruce, House under contract!!! Essentially the first day it was shown! I had five agent showings on Sunday and brought in a contract at full price. I'm convinced the pics were key!! It got them to show up and then the house stood for itself. The pics were great. Feel free to put me on as a reference if someone is on the fence about springing for the photos. I am convinced they were key. Ok to give out my number. You both did great!
John"

Inman News Reported that "70% of buyers forget the 1st name of their agent within 1 year." To be honest I can't believe that with my clients. They offer such memorable experiences of the home selling process. A lot of my clients have repeat customers!
