1) The calendar app in Mavericks allows you to use a Contact's address as a location, and will offer suggestions as soon as you start typing. It will then let you know how long it'll take you to get to your location. However, this doesn't seem to work in iOS. Am I missing something?
2) Further to the above, it only works with addresses in Contacts, and not from Bookmarked addresses from the Maps app. I first have to save the Bookmarked address as a contact before I can access it. Is there any way to enable the Bookmarks?
But, seriously, if you want the latest android OS, get a nexus device. If you prefer OEM mods, accept that OS updates will be slow or absent. Fragmentation may be a pain for developers, but there are also pains in iOS development.
