I just hosted my second Birthday Brunch at Brix and they were so amazing to work with! Hands down a great establishment for big group events. From setting up the event date via phone, requesting a table for 40, walking in with decor for my tables, and even getting the servers to participate and help me with my theme, it was absolutely perfect. Everyone was so friendly, professional and easy to work with. I am so appreciative of how welcoming they were to my group and celebration. THANK YOU BRIX!

April 19th 2016... ...After 5pm... ...First time in Portland just moved to area. We were sat very quickly. The menu had a lot of choices. The waitress was not voluntary or helpful on information. Ordered salmon and mushroom soup and long island ice tea. Salmon meal was great. Long island had some ingredient absent from the drink, seemed very weak. I got stomach sick shortly after cutting the trip short because I needed to go back home. My father reported being stomach sick before getting on the his flight back home. He had ordered the same meal. Still somewhat stomach sick today. I will not risk eating here again. I will not pay to get sick.

Sam, I was disappointed to hear that your experience at Brix Tavern this past weekend was of sub par quality. I first off would like to apologize on behalf of myself, store, and team? for not living up to the expectation we strive for that ensures a great guest experience. I would appreciate more details on your visit with us at Brix so I can further inquire to the time you spent at our establishment. Please feel free to contact me when you are available - stevie@brixtavern.com Sincerely, Steven Seafeldt, GM

I feel like someone dumped a ton of money in to this place but forgot about the heart and soul of what it is to be a favorite eatery...an actual chef cooking and not his greasy underlings. It's aight.

Bubbles with every bite! Such a great deal for the bottomless mimosa. The French toast was awesome, friendly staff, great location. Will definitely go back!

Warm lit and large open area with a party room in the rear. The food wasn't all that spectacular and I had trouble locking down an item I really wanted. I ended up ordering a Chicken Panini w/ Clam Chowder. Defiantly not my scene but mostly everyone enjoyed it. There wasn't a whole lot of trouble communicating.

Set in the heart of the Pearl, just blocks from Whole Foods and across the street from Paragon, Brix feels like a refined sports bar where non-sports fans can still feel comfortable socializing. The standouts worth coming in for are the $5 happy hour cocktail specials (with your choice of liquor) and the warm, buttery rolls. The service is friendly and accommodating, so don't hesitate to make special requests if something isn't to your liking.
