We'd like to congratulate Stephen Griffin on finishing school at CCBC, becoming an ASE Master Technician and completing his apprenticeship!! Stephen started at British American 6 years ago and has been going to school while working full-time. He has become an excellent diagnostic technician, enjoying the challenges they bring.
See the blue stick attached to the impact gun. This is a torque stick. It stops the technician from over tightening the lug nuts, allowing the owner to be able to remove their wheels by hand if they have a flat tire. It is the industry standard for all techs to use one.
