Every February I host a daily blog link-up (with a few giveaways!) focused on LOVE. Feel free to share old links relevant to the daily prompt. It's not too late to add your link to Friday's topic, Valentine's Day, or Thursday's topic, the 5 Love Languages. Monday's topic is Guilty Pleasures, and Tuesday's is Friendship.

You don't need a date to have a great Valentine's Day! Save money, practice self-care, celebrate your friends, and more with one of these holiday ideas. #partyplanning #singles

This is what I wrote on Facebook:

Since apparently there is some confusion...

Don't have sex again without reading this first. I'm not even joking. If you legitimately think Aziz Ansari somehow just "misread" Grace's cues, or you think everything is Grace's fault for not loudly saying no, then you don't know how to have consensual sex.

Again. I'm completely serious.

Why should you reread Harry Potter?

I'm glad you asked!

What are your thoughts on the viral hashtag #MeToo?

A vulnerable Instagram post.

#MeToo

It breaks my heart to see this surge in popularity for two deceptively simple words.⠀

Me too. If all the women who have been sexually harassed or assaulted wrote "Me too." as a status, we might give people a sense of the magnitude of the problem.⠀

Coming to terms with grief isn’t about “moving on.” In fact I was just telling my dad that I don’t like that phrase. It doesn’t truly capture what it means to live a full life while grieving a loved one lost.

I will never “get over” my mother’s death.

I will never “move on.”

But I am learning how to live without her.
