Great selection (can be pricey though). I love their fresh fruit, pizzas, strawberry lemonade (I forget the brand), and more. (My friend had their sandwich wraps; he could not get enough.) If you need some quick hot food, this is the spot.

Disorganized ordering and understaffed, cumbersome checkout lines ruin an otherwise impressive food emporium. The food quality was good, but the service/experience was not.

This is a fun market to browse and shop as a break from the mall stores and shops. For lunch and dinner, they have a large selection of prepared and hot food, from pizzas to sushi and buffet items. There's also soups, sandwiches, sweets, pastries, fresh breads and much more. While the food isn't always tasty but just average (like the food in the main mall food court), I do like the choices.

Compared to the other food vendors in the lower level of Westfield, Bristol Farms has some better and healthier lunch options. Definitely worth a look if you're tired of the other options.

I remember when Bristol farms had a split shop in the basement level. On side food, the other side flowers. I didn't have much need to go to the flower side. Usually I run in here when I need to pick up something quick on the way home for dinner. They have high end gourmet foods with the high end prices. They have a large selection of baked goodies, hot food and cheese.

Bristol Farms was a savior during the two years I was in school at SF State. They are on the pricier side but you can get slice of pizza, pasta, sandwich, etc. here at a lot cheaper price than the other food outlets in the food court. There is also a huge variety of drinks, nuts, bread, magazines, chips, etc so you have a lot of choices to pick from. Walgreens also has a store now about 50 feet away inside Westfied mall on the same floor so hopefully overtime competition will move the prices down. Payment/checkout lines can get long and there is more than enough stuff (like candies, drinks, magazines, nuts, etc.) to keep you busy while you wait for your turn to pay & get out of there. Getting help from someone can get challenging at times but thats expected with any grocery like store (including Walgreens).

As a grocery store, be careful. This place is spendier than Whole Foods with less of a selection. I would never, ever recommend shopping here for normal grocery shopping. Strictly an "emergencies only" type place. However, there are some gems to be found. They have daily lunch deals that make some of their options rather affordable. The cold salad bar is well-stocked with lots of good options, particularly good proteins like grilled chicken, shrimp, tri-tip, etc. They have prime rib carved to order every day, as well as turkey that you can put on a sandwich. They have a pretty great selection of beverages, with lots of hard to find juices, sodas, etc. Prices are high, but if you buy the right stuff you'll be okay. I find it a pretty useful part of my "I work in this neighborhood" repertoire.

I still can't believe there is a supermarket inside a mall. This is a great place to grab some last minute items. The baked goods are usually pretty good too.
