The people who think we waste time talking about our cat, lunch, etc. don’t understand that small talk is the structure relationships are built upon.
Social media gets a bad wrap for nonsensical status updates about our breakfast. If it's just small talk, then why does it matter and why should you invest?

Do you check your Twitter analytics and change your direction?
Maintenance. It's not fun. It's not sexy. It's work. You do it for your car and you need to do it for Twitter. Here's why.

Documenting Hope’s previous tech setup to power their online donation management of PayPal and Infusionsoft was too burdensome and didn’t fit their needs. They needed a simpler solution to manage donation forms on the front end while still integrating donor data with Infusionsoft.
This Give Case Study features codeBox and Documenting Hope and includes integration with Double the Donation and Infusionsoft.

Donors shouldn't be distracted from the donation button.

Is your sidebar distracting?
Your donation page shouldn't be as distracting as a three-ring circus. Make it about donations, not the sidebar distraction.

At WordCamp Orange County, Chris Lema said 10% of your success is product and 90% is messaging.

+Jason Knill uses data from the development of our flagship plugin +Give to give a more realistic proportion of messaging and development costs when building a WordPress Plugin.
In product development, planning your development costs and messaging costs, make sure to have the appropriate resource allocation mix.

We have been patients (well, our dogs have) since 2007 and 2009 respectively when we adopted our each of our two dogs, Chloe and Sully. The staff has been nothing but kind, tenderhearted, and fair. Even though Sully doesn't get along with other dogs, Dana Niguel Vet was totally understanding and helped get him in and out of the patient room with no trouble at all. We highly recommend this establishment in our community.
