I put together this workout and fitness guide specifically for living in San Diego, but it can work for anyone. There are lots of great tips for improving your eating habits and skills without giving up all your favorite foods. The workouts are meant to be time efficient and there are many suggestions for staying active outside the gym too. I'd love to hear what you think and if you like please share the link.
